The Family of Imran, The House of Imran 3:129

لِمَن liman
[for] whom Noun
يَشَآءُ yashāu

وَيُعَذِّبُ wayuʿadhibu
and punishes V
مَن man
whom Noun
يَشَآءُ yashāu
He wills V
وَٱللَّهُ wal-lahu
And Allah Noun
غَفُورٌ ghafūrun
(is) Oft-Forgiving Noun
رَّحِيمٌ raḥīmun
Most Merciful Noun

Everything in the heavens and earth belongs to God. He forgives whoever He will and punishes whoever He will: God is most forgiving and merciful

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَمَا فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ یَغۡفِرُ لِمَن یَشَاۤءُ وَیُعَذِّبُ مَن یَشَاۤءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ ۝١٢٩

walillahi mā fī l-samāwāti wamā fī l-arḍi yaghfiru liman yashāu wayuʿadhibu man yashāu wal-lahu ghafūrun raḥīmu
