Ya Sin, Ya-Seen 36:68

We grant him long life V
نُنَكِّسْهُ nunakkis'hu
We reverse him V

ٱلْخَلْقِ l-khalqi

أَفَلَا afalā
Then will not Prep
يَعْقِلُونَ yaʿqilūna
they use intellect V

If We extend anyone’s life, We reverse his development. Do they not use their reason

وَمَن نُّعَمِّرۡهُ نُنَكِّسۡهُ فِی ٱلۡخَلۡقِۚ أَفَلَا یَعۡقِلُونَ ۝٦٨

waman nuʿammir'hu nunakkis'hu fī l-khalqi afalā yaʿqilūn
