Ornaments of Gold, Luxury, The Embellishment 43:87

وَلَئِن wala-in
And if Prep
سَأَلْتَهُم sa-altahum
you ask them V
مَّنْ man

خَلَقَهُمْ khalaqahum
created them V
لَيَقُولُنَّ layaqūlunna
they will certainly say V
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu
Allah Noun
فَأَنَّىٰ fa-annā
Then how Noun
يُؤْفَكُونَ yu'fakūna
are they deluded V

If you [Prophet] ask them who created them they are sure to say, ‘God,’ so why are they so deluded

وَلَىِٕن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّنۡ خَلَقَهُمۡ لَیَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُۖ فَأَنَّىٰ یُؤۡفَكُونَ ۝٨٧

wala-in sa-altahum man khalaqahum layaqūlunna l-lahu fa-annā yu'fakūn
