وَجَعَلْنَا fī

فِى dhurriyyatihimā

فِى l-nubuwata
Prophethood Prep
ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا wal-kitāba
and the Scripture Noun
ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا famin'hum
and among them Noun
ٱلنُّبُوَّةَ muh'tadin
(is) a guided one Noun
ٱلنُّبُوَّةَ wakathīrun
but most Noun
وَٱلْكِتَٰبَ min'hum
of them Noun
وَٱلْكِتَٰبَ fāsiqūna
(are) defiantly disobediently Noun
فَمِنْهُم مِن

مُّهْتَدٍ مُهْتَد

وَكَثِيرٌ كَثِير

وَكَثِيرٌ كَثِير

فَٰسِقُونَ فاسِق

فَٰسِقُونَ فاسِق
— Noun

We sent Noah and Abraham, and gave prophethood and scripture to their offspring: among them there were some who were rightly guided, but many were lawbreakers

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوحࣰا وَإِبۡرَ ٰهِیمَ وَجَعَلۡنَا فِی ذُرِّیَّتِهِمَا ٱلنُّبُوَّةَ وَٱلۡكِتَـٰبَۖ فَمِنۡهُم مُّهۡتَدࣲۖ وَكَثِیرࣱ مِّنۡهُمۡ فَـٰسِقُونَ ۝٢٦

walaqad arsalnā nūḥan wa-ib'rāhīma wajaʿalnā fī dhurriyyatihimā l-nubuwata wal-kitāba famin'hum muh'tadin wakathīrun min'hum fāsiqūn
