حَسْبُنَا ḥasbunā
Sufficient for us Noun
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu
(is) Allah Noun
سَيُؤْتِينَا sayu'tīnā
Allah will give us V
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu
Allah will give us Noun
مِن min
of Prep
فَضْلِهِۦ faḍlihi
His Bounty Noun
وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ warasūluhu
and His Messenger Noun
إِنَّآ innā
Indeed, we Prep
إِلَى ilā
to Prep
ٱللَّهِ l-lahi
Allah Noun
رَٰغِبُونَ rāghibūna
turn our hopes Noun

If only they would be content with what God and His Messenger have given them, and say, ‘God is enough for us- He will give us some of His bounty and so will His Messenger- to God alone we turn in hope.’

وَلَوۡ أَنَّهُمۡ رَضُوا۟ مَاۤ ءَاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَقَالُوا۟ حَسۡبُنَا ٱللَّهُ سَیُؤۡتِینَا ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦ وَرَسُولُهُۥۤ إِنَّاۤ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ رَ ٰغِبُونَ ۝٥٩

walaw annahum raḍū mā ātāhumu l-lahu warasūluhu waqālū ḥasbunā l-lahu sayu'tīnā l-lahu min faḍlihi warasūluhu innā ilā l-lahi rāghibūn
