No! If he does not stop, We shall drag him by his forehead––

كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمْ يَنتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًا بِالنَّاصِيَةِ

Kalla la-in lam yantahi lanasfaAAan bialnnasiyati
