وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا اتَّسَقَ
Waalqamari itha ittasaqa
by the full moon
and by the moon when it grows full:
And by the moon when she becometh full
And the moon when at the full
And by the full moon,
and the moon when it is full,
by the moon when it blooms full
And the moon, as it grows full
And the moon when it become full
and the moon when it is at the full
and the moon when it is full
I (God) swear by the moon and its phases
And the moon in its fullness
By the moon as it grows full—
Or by the moon when it is at its full
And by oath of the moon when it is full
and by the moon when it attains its fullness,
and by the moon when she is at the full

by the moon, in its fullnes
And by the moon when at her full
and (I bring to witness) the moon when it became fully felt and known (i.e., it revealed its secrets to man)
