The Cow 2:227

وَإِنْ wa-in
And if Prep
عَزَمُوا۟ ʿazamū
they resolve V
ٱلطَّلَٰقَ l-ṭalāqa
(on) [the] divorce Noun
فَإِنَّ fa-inna
then indeed Prep
ٱللَّهَ l-laha
Allah Noun
سَمِيعٌ samīʿun
(is) All-Hearing Noun
عَلِيمٌ ʿalīmun
All-Knowing Noun

but if they are determined to divorce, remember that God hears and knows all

وَإِنۡ عَزَمُوا۟ ٱلطَّلَـٰقَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِیعٌ عَلِیمࣱ ۝٢٢٧

wa-in ʿazamū l-ṭalāqa fa-inna l-laha samīʿun ʿalīmu
