The Forgiver, The Forgiving One 40:6

حَقَّتْ ḥaqqat

كَلِمَتُ kalimatu

عَلَى ʿalā

ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna
those who Noun
كَفَرُوٓا۟ kafarū
disbelieved V
أَنَّهُمْ annahum
that they Prep
أَصْحَٰبُ aṣḥābu
(are) companions Noun
ٱلنَّارِ l-nāri
(of) the Fire Noun

In this way your Lord’s sentence was passed against the disbelievers that they would be the inhabitants of the Fire

وَكَذَ ٰلِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوۤا۟ أَنَّهُمۡ أَصۡحَـٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ ۝٦

wakadhālika ḥaqqat kalimatu rabbika ʿalā alladhīna kafarū annahum aṣḥābu l-nār
