The Cloaked One, The Man Wearing a Cloak, The Clothed One 74:56

وَمَا یَذۡكُرُونَ إِلَّاۤ أَن یَشَاۤءَ ٱللَّهُۚ هُوَ أَهۡلُ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ وَأَهۡلُ ٱلۡمَغۡفِرَةِ ۝٥٦

wamā yadhkurūna illā an yashāa l-lahu huwa ahlu l-taqwā wa-ahlu l-maghfirat
