إِلَّا مَن ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسۡنَۢا بَعۡدَ سُوۤءࣲ فَإِنِّی غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ ١١
illā man ẓalama thumma baddala ḥus'nan baʿda sūin fa-innī ghafūrun raḥīmu
I am truly most forgiving and merciful to those who do wrong,and then replace their evil with good
except the one who has done wrong and afterwards even if he changes evil for good, then surely, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
Excepting any who may have done wrong and thereafter changeth evil for good then verily I am Forgiving, Merciful
Except those who do some wrong but afterwards do good to make up for the wrong. And I am forgiving and merciful
“Except the one who does wrong (to himself)! As for one who does wrong and then corrects himself, I am the Ghafur, the Rahim.”
except for one who did wrong and then changed evil into good — for I am Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
barring someone who does wrong and then makes up with goodness for [his] fault, for indeed I am all-forgiving, all-merciful.’
"Only those who have done wrong (should fear). But if (they repent and) substitute good in place of evil – surely I am All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate
`Nor (does he fear) who acts unjustly and commits some evil deed and then changes over to good after giving up evil. I am to such a person a Great Protector, Ever Merciful, indeed
save him who has done evil, then; after evil, has changed into good; All-forgiving am I, All-compassionate
and neither is anyone who did wrong then he changed to goodness after badness, as indeed I am forgiving and merciful.
“Only those fear who have done wrong. Even the latter; if they change, they will be forgiven as I am All-Forgiving, All-Merciful.”

Except him who has deviated from equity, justice and goodness. but, he exchanged; thereafter the evil for what is good shall he and such persons find that I am indeed AL-Gafur (the forgiving) and AL-Rahim

˹Fear is˺ only for those who do wrong. But if they later mend ˹their˺ evil ˹ways˺ with good, then I am certainly All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
