فَذَ ٰلِكَ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ یَوۡمٌ عَسِیرٌ ٩
fadhālika yawma-idhin yawmun ʿasīru
that will be a Day of anguish for the disbelievers
surely, that Day will be a hard Day,
That shall be - that Day-a day hard
It will be a day of distress
It will be a difficult time, indeed!
that Day will be a difficult day,
that day will be a day of hardship
That Day will be a day of hardship
That will be a day full of woe and distress (for the opponents of Truth for this day will spell final defeat of disbelief)
that day will be a harsh day
then that day is a difficult day,
That will be a very somber day
That day, will be a day of distress
that day will be a difficult day
for that day is a difficult day
So that is a tough day
Then that day indeed is a most difficult day.
verily that day shall be a day of distres
That, at that time, shall be a Day of distress
that shall be a Harsh Da
That shall be a distressful day
Then that, this Day is a distressful day —
truly, that Day will be a difficult day,
…that day will be the day of distress.

That Day [the day when the Trumpet is blown] will be a difficult day
So that Day (the Day of Resurrection) will be an extremely hard day
