The Rock, Stoneland, Rock City 15:22

وَأَرْسَلْنَا wa-arsalnā
And We have sent V
ٱلرِّيَٰحَ l-riyāḥa
the winds Noun
لَوَٰقِحَ lawāqiḥa
fertilizing Noun
فَأَنزَلْنَا fa-anzalnā
and We sent down V
مِنَ mina
from Prep
ٱلسَّمَآءِ l-samāi
the sky Noun
مَآءً māan
water Noun
فَأَسْقَيْنَٰكُمُوهُ fa-asqaynākumūhu
and We gave it to you to drink V
وَمَآ wamā
And not Prep
أَنتُمْ antum
you Noun
لَهُۥ lahu
of it Noun
بِخَٰزِنِينَ bikhāzinīna
(are) retainers Noun

We send the winds to fertilize, and We bring down water from the sky for you to drink- you do not control its sources

وَأَرۡسَلۡنَا ٱلرِّیَـٰحَ لَوَ ٰقِحَ فَأَنزَلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ مَاۤءࣰ فَأَسۡقَیۡنَـٰكُمُوهُ وَمَاۤ أَنتُمۡ لَهُۥ بِخَـٰزِنِینَ ۝٢٢

wa-arsalnā l-riyāḥa lawāqiḥa fa-anzalnā mina l-samāi māan fa-asqaynākumūhu wamā antum lahu bikhāzinīn
