وَأَصْلَحُوا۟ wa-aṣlaḥū

وَبَيَّنُوا۟ wabayyanū
and openly declar[ed] V
فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ fa-ulāika
Then those Noun
أَتُوبُ atūbu
I will accept repentance V
عَلَيْهِمْ ʿalayhim
from them Prep
وَأَنَا wa-anā
and I (am) Noun
ٱلتَّوَّابُ l-tawābu
the Acceptor of Repentance Noun
ٱلرَّحِيمُ l-raḥīmu
the Most Merciful Noun

unless they repent, make amends, and declare the truth. I will certainly accept their repentance: I am the Ever Relenting, the Most Merciful

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِینَ تَابُوا۟ وَأَصۡلَحُوا۟ وَبَیَّنُوا۟ فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ أَتُوبُ عَلَیۡهِمۡ وَأَنَا ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِیمُ ۝١٦٠

illā alladhīna tābū wa-aṣlaḥū wabayyanū fa-ulāika atūbu ʿalayhim wa-anā l-tawābu l-raḥīm
