The Cow 2:99

ءَايَٰتٍۭ āyātin

وَمَا wamā

يَكْفُرُ yakfuru
disbelieves V
بِهَآ bihā

إِلَّا illā
except Prep
ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ l-fāsiqūna
the defiantly disobedient Noun

For We have sent down clear messages to you and only those who defy [God] would refuse to believe them

وَلَقَدۡ أَنزَلۡنَاۤ إِلَیۡكَ ءَایَـٰتِۭ بَیِّنَـٰتࣲۖ وَمَا یَكۡفُرُ بِهَاۤ إِلَّا ٱلۡفَـٰسِقُونَ ۝٩٩

walaqad anzalnā ilayka āyātin bayyinātin wamā yakfuru bihā illā l-fāsiqūn
