سَنَشُدُّ sanashuddu
We will strengthen V
عَضُدَكَ ʿaḍudaka

بِأَخِيكَ bi-akhīka

وَنَجْعَلُ wanajʿalu
and We will make V
لَكُمَا lakumā
for both of you Noun
سُلْطَٰنًا sul'ṭānan
an authority Noun
فَلَا falā
so not Prep
يَصِلُونَ yaṣilūna
they will reach V
إِلَيْكُمَا ilaykumā
to both of you Prep
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ biāyātinā
Through Our Signs Noun
أَنتُمَا antumā
you two Noun
وَمَنِ wamani
and (those) who Noun
ٱتَّبَعَكُمَا ittabaʿakumā
follow you V
ٱلْغَٰلِبُونَ l-ghālibūna
(will) be the dominant Noun

God said, ‘We shall strengthen you through your brother; We shall give you both power so that they cannot touch you. With Our signs you, and those who follow you, will triumph.’

قَالَ سَنَشُدُّ عَضُدَكَ بِأَخِیكَ وَنَجۡعَلُ لَكُمَا سُلۡطَـٰنࣰا فَلَا یَصِلُونَ إِلَیۡكُمَا بِءَایَـٰتِنَاۤۚ أَنتُمَا وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكُمَا ٱلۡغَـٰلِبُونَ ۝٣٥

qāla sanashuddu ʿaḍudaka bi-akhīka wanajʿalu lakumā sul'ṭānan falā yaṣilūna ilaykumā biāyātinā antumā wamani ittabaʿakumā l-ghālibūn
