The Clans, The Coalition, The Combined Forces, The Allies 33:73

لِّيُعَذِّبَ liyuʿadhiba
So that Allah may punish V
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu
So that Allah may punish Noun
ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ l-munāfiqīna
the hypocrite men Noun
وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ wal-munāfiqāti
and the hypocrite women Noun
وَٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ wal-mush'rikīna
and the polytheist men Noun
وَٱلْمُشْرِكَٰتِ wal-mush'rikāti
and the polytheist women Noun
وَيَتُوبَ wayatūba
and Allah will turn (in Mercy) V
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu
and Allah will turn (in Mercy) Noun
عَلَى ʿalā
to Prep
ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ l-mu'minīna
the believing men Noun
وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ wal-mu'mināti
and the believing women Noun
وَكَانَ wakāna
And Allah is V
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu
And Allah is Noun
غَفُورًا ghafūran
Oft-Forgiving Noun
رَّحِيمًۢا raḥīman
Most Merciful Noun

God will punish the hypocrites and the idolaters, both men and women, and turn with mercy to the believers, both men and women: God is most forgiving, most merciful

لِّیُعَذِّبَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقِینَ وَٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقَـٰتِ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكِینَ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكَـٰتِ وَیَتُوبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَـٰتِۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورࣰا رَّحِیمَۢا ۝٧٣

liyuʿadhiba l-lahu l-munāfiqīna wal-munāfiqāti wal-mush'rikīna wal-mush'rikāti wayatūba l-lahu ʿalā l-mu'minīna wal-mu'mināti wakāna l-lahu ghafūran raḥīma
