The Enshrouded One, Bundled Up, The Mantled One 73:16

ٱلرَّسُولَ l-rasūla

فَأَخَذْنَٰهُ fa-akhadhnāhu
so We seized him V
أَخْذًا akhdhan
(with) a seizure Noun
وَبِيلًا wabīlan
ruinous Noun

but Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger and so We inflicted a heavy punishment on him

فَعَصَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَأَخَذۡنَـٰهُ أَخۡذࣰا وَبِیلࣰا ۝١٦

faʿaṣā fir'ʿawnu l-rasūla fa-akhadhnāhu akhdhan wabīla
