وَٱلْمَسَٰكِينَ wal-masākīna
and the needy Noun
وَٱلْمُهَٰجِرِينَ wal-muhājirīna
and the emigrants Noun
فِى fī
in Prep
سَبِيلِ sabīli
(the) way Noun
ٱللَّهِ l-lahi
(of) Allah Noun
وَلْيَعْفُوا۟ walyaʿfū
And let them pardon V
وَلْيَصْفَحُوٓا۟ walyaṣfaḥū
and let them overlook V
أَلَا alā
(Do) not Prep
تُحِبُّونَ tuḥibbūna
you like V
أَن an

يَغْفِرَ yaghfira
Allah should forgive V
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu
Allah should forgive Noun
لَكُمْ lakum
you Noun
وَٱللَّهُ wal-lahu
And Allah Noun
غَفُورٌ ghafūrun
(is) Oft-Forgiving Noun
رَّحِيمٌ raḥīmun
Most Merciful Noun

Those who have been graced with bounty and plenty should not swear that they will [no longer] give to kinsmen, the poor, those who emigrated in God’s way: let them pardon and forgive. Do you not wish that God should forgive you? God is most forgiving and merciful

وَلَا یَأۡتَلِ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلۡفَضۡلِ مِنكُمۡ وَٱلسَّعَةِ أَن یُؤۡتُوۤا۟ أُو۟لِی ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَـٰكِینَ وَٱلۡمُهَـٰجِرِینَ فِی سَبِیلِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَلۡیَعۡفُوا۟ وَلۡیَصۡفَحُوۤا۟ۗ أَلَا تُحِبُّونَ أَن یَغۡفِرَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمٌ ۝٢٢

walā yatali ulū l-faḍli minkum wal-saʿati an yu'tū ulī l-qur'bā wal-masākīna wal-muhājirīna fī sabīli l-lahi walyaʿfū walyaṣfaḥū alā tuḥibbūna an yaghfira l-lahu lakum wal-lahu ghafūrun raḥīmu
