وَالْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ دَحَاهَا
Waal-arda baAAda thalika dahaha
and the earth, too, He spread out
And after that, He spreads out the earth,
And the earth!- thereafter He stretched it out

Then He spread the earth and furnished it.
