عَلِيمٌ ʿalīmun
(is) All-Knower Noun
حَكِيمٌ ḥakīmun
All-Wise Noun

God makes His messages clear to you: God is all knowing, all wise

وَیُبَیِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمُ ٱلۡءَایَـٰتِۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمٌ حَكِیمٌ ۝١٨

wayubayyinu l-lahu lakumu l-āyāti wal-lahu ʿalīmun ḥakīmu
