The Family of Imran, The House of Imran 3:186

لَتُبْلَوُنَّ latub'lawunna
You will certainly be tested V
فِىٓ fī

أَمْوَٰلِكُمْ amwālikum
your wealth Noun
وَأَنفُسِكُمْ wa-anfusikum
and yourselves Noun
وَلَتَسْمَعُنَّ walatasmaʿunna
And you will certainly hear V
مِنَ mina
from Prep
ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna
those who Noun
أُوتُوا۟ ūtū
were given V
ٱلْكِتَٰبَ l-kitāba
the Book Noun
مِن min
from Prep
قَبْلِكُمْ qablikum
before you Noun
وَمِنَ wamina
and from Prep
ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna
those who Noun
أَشْرَكُوٓا۟ ashrakū
associate partners with Allah V
أَذًى adhan
hurtful things Noun
كَثِيرًا kathīran
many Noun
وَإِن wa-in
and if Prep
تَصْبِرُوا۟ taṣbirū
you are patient V
وَتَتَّقُوا۟ watattaqū
and fear (Allah) V
فَإِنَّ fa-inna
then indeed Prep
ذَٰلِكَ dhālika
that Noun
مِنْ min
(is) of Prep
عَزْمِ ʿazmi
the matters Noun
ٱلْأُمُورِ l-umūri
(of) determination Noun

you are sure to be tested through your possessions and persons; you are sure to hear much that is hurtful from those who were given the Scripture before you and from those who associate others with God. If you are steadfast and mindful of God, that is the best course

۞ لَتُبۡلَوُنَّ فِیۤ أَمۡوَ ٰلِكُمۡ وَأَنفُسِكُمۡ وَلَتَسۡمَعُنَّ مِنَ ٱلَّذِینَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِینَ أَشۡرَكُوۤا۟ أَذࣰى كَثِیرࣰاۚ وَإِن تَصۡبِرُوا۟ وَتَتَّقُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ذَ ٰلِكَ مِنۡ عَزۡمِ ٱلۡأُمُورِ ۝١٨٦

latub'lawunna fī amwālikum wa-anfusikum walatasmaʿunna mina alladhīna ūtū l-kitāba min qablikum wamina alladhīna ashrakū adhan kathīran wa-in taṣbirū watattaqū fa-inna dhālika min ʿazmi l-umūr
