Ornaments of Gold, Luxury, The Embellishment 43:24

جِئْتُكُم ji'tukum

بِأَهْدَىٰ bi-ahdā

وَجَدتُّمْ wajadttum
you found V
عَلَيْهِ ʿalayhi
on it Prep
ءَابَآءَكُمْ ābāakum
your forefathers Noun
قَالُوٓا۟ qālū
They said V
إِنَّا innā
Indeed, we Prep
بِمَآ bimā
with what Noun
أُرْسِلْتُم ur'sil'tum
you are sent V
بِهِۦ bihi
with [it] Noun
كَٰفِرُونَ kāfirūna
(are) disbelievers Noun

The messenger said, ‘Even though I bring you a truer religion than what you saw your fathers following?’ and they replied, ‘But we do not believe the message you bring.’

۞ قَـٰلَ أَوَ لَوۡ جِئۡتُكُم بِأَهۡدَىٰ مِمَّا وَجَدتُّمۡ عَلَیۡهِ ءَابَاۤءَكُمۡۖ قَالُوۤا۟ إِنَّا بِمَاۤ أُرۡسِلۡتُم بِهِۦ كَـٰفِرُونَ ۝٢٤

qāla awalaw ji'tukum bi-ahdā mimmā wajadttum ʿalayhi ābāakum qālū innā bimā ur'sil'tum bihi kāfirūn
