نَزَّاعَةࣰ لِّلشَّوَىٰ ١٦
nazzāʿatan lilshaw
that strips away the skin
to take away (burn completely) the head skin,
Flaying off the scalp-skin
That would skin the scalp
That peels and sears the skins!
