سَأَلَ سَاۤىِٕلُۢ بِعَذَابࣲ وَاقِعࣲ ۝١
A man [mockingly] demanded the punishment
A questioner asked concerning a punishment about to befal
There hath asked an asker for the torment about to befall
AN INQUIRER ASKED for the affliction that is to com
The inquisitor asked about the suffering to occur!
An inquirer asked about an impending punishment.
An asker asked for a punishment bound to befal
A questioner (in mocking denial of the Day of Resurrection) has asked about the punishment certain to befall

لِّلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ لَیۡسَ لَهُۥ دَافِعࣱ ۝٢
It will fall on the disbelievers––none can deflect it––
upon the disbelievers, none can avert.
The infidels, of which there is no averter
Upon the infidels -- which none would be able to repel -
It (the suffering of death) is for those who deny the knowledge of the reality! None can fight against it.
It is for the kafirun and cannot be averted
—which none can avert from the faithless—
(And prepared for) the unbelievers; none can ward it off (from them)
(Let him know) there will be none to ward it off from the disbelievers
for the unbelievers, which none may avert
None can prevent it for the disbelievers.
Which will be imposed upon the disbelievers whom no one can save from
The unbelievers which there is none to ward off
for the deniers, that none can repel—
for the unbelievers; there is no repelling it
- Upon the disbelievers – the punishment that none can avert
From the disbelievers there is not going to be any who can ward it off.
There shall be none to avert the sam
The unbelievers, which none can avert
the unbelievers which none can prevent
On the infidels: none can hinde
upon the disbelievers, (there is) not, unto it one who can avert (it) —
on the ones who are ungrateful for which there will be no one to avert
…the unbelievers. [It is a penalty] which no one can avert.
It is for the disbelievers and there is none to avert it
(a chastisement meant) for the unbelievers, one which none can avert
The disbelievers -- there is none to avert it -
For the infidels, there will be no defender for it.
Those who suppress the Truth. There is none to defend anyon
Upon the disbelievers, which no one can repel
For the rejecters, there is nothing that will stop it
For the rejecters, there is nothing that will stop it
For the rejecters, there is nothing that will stop it.
To the disbelievers (there) is not for it (a) repeller/pusher
those who deny the truth. [Know, then, that] nothing can ward it off
For the disbelievers, for which there is no repelling
Upon the disbelievers, which none can repel
which will inevitably seize the disbelievers
the disbelievers; there is no one to avert it
For those who lack faith in Allâh, which none can avert,
Upon the unbelievers! Nothing can ward it off
For those who are spiritually dead and blind- which none can avert-
A retributive punishment stored for the infidels and there is just not any expedient nor anyone in the heaven's realm or on earth that can avert it
upon the disbelievers; nothing can ward it off once it comes
for the disbelievers—to be averted by none—
Those who reject (the truth), which cannot be averted,
forthwith upon the unbelievers. No power can hinde
For the disbelievers, none can stop it.
to the unbelievers that cannot be prevented
to the unbelievers that cannot be prevented
For the infidels; ; there is no pusher away from it .
Upon those who deny the Truth. None can repel it
The unbelievers-- there is none to avert it-
The disbelievers, and which none can repel
upon the disbelievers which none can avert
Upon the unbelievers— There is none that can avert (the penalty)—
For the unbelievers, there is none to avert it.
For the disbelievers; none can repel it
To the disbelievers; of it there is no preventer
To the disbelievers; there is no repeller for it;
The Unbelievers, the which there is none to ward off,
The Unbelievers, the which there is none to ward off,
مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ذِی ٱلۡمَعَارِجِ ۝٣
from God, the Lord of the Ways of Ascent
(It will come) from Allah, the Lord of the Ways of Ascent.
From Allah, Owner of the ascending steps
From God, the Lord of the steps (of progression)
From Allah are the (many) Ways of Ascent (dhul ma’arij)!
from Allah — the Lord of the Ascending Steps.
from Allah, Lord of the lofty stations
(It is) from God, Whose are the stairs of ascent
(It shall come) from Allah the Master of the ways of ascent; (which even enable a person to rise higher and higher, so why not solicit His grace?
from God, the Lord of the Stairways
(It is) from God, the owner of the places of ascent.
By God, the Lord of ascending stairways
A penalty from God, Lord of the ways of ascent
from Allah, Lord of the Ways of Ascent.
from God the Lord of the ascents
From Allah, the Lord of all pinnacles
From Allah, Lord of the exalted ranks.
from being inflicted by God, the possessor of the steps
From Allah, the Lord of the Ascending Stairways
(A punishment) from Allah, the Owner of the Elevated Passages
God from inflicting it, the master of those ASCENTS
(since it is coming) from Allah, controller of the ascents
from God, the Possessor of the Stairways of Ascent.
[It is a penalty] from Allah, the Owner of the Staircase.
It will come from Allah, the Owner of the Ways of Ascent
a chastisement from Allah, the Lord of the ascending steps
From Allah, Lord of the ways of Ascent
(It will be) from Allah, Possessor of the ways of ascent.
From Allah, Lord of the [many] ascents
(That will befall) from Allah, Who is the Lord of the Ascending Steps to Heaven (and of the higher ranks and grades of spiritual hierarchy)
From God, Possessor of the ascending portals
From God, Possessor of the ascending portals
From God, Possessor of the ascending portals.
From God, (owner) of the methods of ascent
[since it will come] from God, unto whom there are many ways of ascent
From Allah, The Owner of the Stairways
From Allah, Lord of the Ascending Stairway
No one can defend him against God, the Lord of the exalted positions
(and it will come) from Allah, the Lord of the stairways
From Allâh, the Lord of the Ascending Stairways.
(It is) from Allah, the Lord of the means of ascent (to the heavens)
From Allâh, the Lord of the Ascending Stairways.
A retributive punishment which cannot be averted once it has been decided by Allah Who is the object of effort, ambition and destination; Allah the Provider of the various rates of motion suitable to the various objects
from Allah, the Lord of the spiritual stairways to the Heavens,
from Allah, Lord of pathways of ˹heavenly˺ ascent,
From Allah, who owns all connections.
God from punishing them. He is the Lord of the Stairways
From GOD; Possessor of the highest Height.
from God, the Lord of the Gates of Ascent.
from God, the Lord of the Gates of Ascent.
From Allah, the possessor of Al--Maaraj (The serpentine ways of ascent to sky).
From Allah, Lord of the Stairways of Ascent. (He enables all things to ascend, evolve and become what they are destined to be)
From Allah, the Lord of the ways of Ascent
It is from ALLAH, Lord of great ascents
from God, Lord of the ascending ways
(A penalty) from Allah, Lord of the Ways of Ascent
From God, the Lord of the ascending pathways.
From God, Lord of the Ways of Ascent
[It is] from Allah , owner of the ways of ascent
From God, the possessor of the stairways.
(A Penalty) from God, Lord of the Ways of Ascent
(A Penalty) from Allah, Lord of the Ways of Ascent
تَعۡرُجُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَیۡهِ فِی یَوۡمࣲ كَانَ مِقۡدَارُهُۥ خَمۡسِینَ أَلۡفَ سَنَةࣲ ۝٤
by which the angels and the Spirit ascend to Him, on a Day whose length is fifty thousand years
The angels and the spirit (Gabriel) ascend to Him in a Day the measure of which is 50,000 years
Whereby the angels ascend Unto Him and also the spirit, On a Day whereof the measure is fifty thousand years
To whom the angels and the soul take a day to ascend, whose length is fifty thousand years
The angels and the Spirit will return to their essence in a period (which will seem to be) of fifty thousand years (the period of time to reach Allah in their essence).
The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him in a day whose length is fifty thousand years.
The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him in a day whose span is fifty thousand years
The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him (thereby), in a day the measure of which is fifty thousand years (of your normal worldly years)
The angels and the Spirit (of the faithful) ascend to Him in a day the measure of which is (equal to) fifty thousand years (a day of spiritual advancement of the faithful is equivalent to fifty thousand years of material advancement, thus the development and progress of the human soul knows no end)
To Him the angels and the Spirit mount up, in a day whereof the measure is fifty thousand years
The angels and the spirit ascend to Him in a day that its measure is fifty thousand years.
Whenever the Angles and the Spirit ascend to God, it takes only a day for them while during this one day 50,years is passed by in earth
The angels and the spirit ascend to him in a day the duration of fifty thousand years

whereby ascend the angels and the Spirit unto Him in a day whose length is fifty thousand years
The angels and Jibreel, ascend towards Him – the punishment will befall on a day which spans fifty thousand years

by which the angels ascend unto Him, and the spirit Gabriel also, in a day whose space is fifty thousand years
To Him ascend the angels and the Spirit in a Day the measure of which is fifty thousand years
To Him the angels and the Spirit (Gabriel) ascend in a day, the measure of which is fifty thousand years
By which the angels and the spirit ascend to him in a day, whose length is fifty thousand years
The angels and the Ar-Ruh ascend to Him in an aeon the measure whereof is fifty thousand years
The angels and the Spirit go up to Him on a Day whose measure had been fifty thousand years.
The angels and the Spirit ascend unto Him in a [cosmic] day, the measure of which is fifty thousand [Earth] years.
The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him in a Day the measure of which is fifty thousand years
by which the angels and the Spirit ascend to Him in one Day the duration of which is fifty thousand years
To Him ascend the angels and the Spirit in a day the measure of which is fifty thousand years
The angels and the spirit ascend to Him, in a day (period), the measure of which is fifty thousand years.
The time taken by the angels and the Spirit to ascend to Him is fifty thousand years [of man's reckoning]
The angels and al-Ruh al-Amin (the Spirit) rise towards His (Throne) in a Day which measures fifty thousand years (according to the worldly scale).
The Angels and the Spirit ascent to Him in a day which is equivalent to fifty thousand years

To Him the Angels and the Spirit ascend with difficulty to Him in a Day whereof the determined (length) is fifty thousand years
(Whereby) the angels and the Spirit ascend unto Him in a Day whereof the span is fifty thousand years
On that Day (of Judgment), long as fifty thousand years, the angels and the Spirit will ascend to Him
to whom ascend the angels and the Spirit in a day the length of which is fifty thousand years
The ‘Angels’ and the Spirit (Archangel ‘Gabriel’) ascend to Him in a day whereof the measure of which is fifty thousand years.
The angels and the spirits rise up towards Him during a day that spans fifty thousand years
The Angels and the holy spirit- (Archangel Gabriel)- ascend to Him in a day whereof the measure of which is fifty thousand years.
To Him ascend the angels and the souls or the Spirit fast as they press their rate of motion to attain their purpose in a day of Allah's calendar that equals fifty thousand years of the earthly calendar
by which the angels and the Noble Spirit ascend to Him on a Day with a time-span of fifty thousand years.
˹through which˺ the angels and the ˹holy˺ spirit will ascend to Him on a Day fifty thousand years in length.
The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him on a day the measure of which is fifty thousand years.
whereby the angels and the Spirit will ascend to Him in one day whose space is fifty thousand years
The angels, with their reports, climb to Him in a day that equals fifty thousand years.
Unto Him the angels and the Spirit will ascend in a Day whose length is fifty thousand years.
Unto Him the angels and the Spirit will ascend in a Day whose length is fifty thousand years.
The angels and the Spirit ascend serpentine to Him in a Day, its measure is fifty thousand lunar years.
The Universal forces and the Divine Energy ascend unto Him in a Day the measure of which is fifty thousand years
To Him ascend the angels and the Spirit in a day the measure of which is fifty thousand years
The angels and the Spirit ascend to HIM in a day, the measure of which is fifty thousand years
Unto Him ascend the angels and the Spirit on a day whose measure is fifty thousand years
The angels and the Spirit [Ruh, Gabriel] rise up to Him in a Day whose measure is fifty thousand years
The angels and the Spirit ascend unto Him, on a Day that spans fifty thousand years.
Unto Him the angels and the Spirit ascend on a Day the duration of which is fifty thousand years
The angels and the Spirit will ascend to Him during a Day the extent of which is fifty thousand years
The angels and the spirit ascend to Him in a day, its measure is fifty thousand years.
The angels and the spirit ascend unto him in a Day the measure whereof is (as) fifty thousand years
The angels and the spirit ascend unto him in a Day the measure whereof is (as) fifty thousand years
فَٱصۡبِرۡ صَبۡرࣰا جَمِیلًا ۝٥
So be patient, [Prophet], as befits you
So be patient (O Muhammad) with a good patience.
Wherefore be thou patient with a becoming patience
So persevere with becoming patience
So be patient with a gracious patience.
Therefore be patient with a patience which is beautiful.
So be patient, with a patience that is graceful
So (O Messenger) endure (their insolence) with becoming patience
So (while waiting) patiently persevere, an admirable and graceful persevering
So be thou patient with a sweet patience
So, be patient, a nice patience.
Mohammad be the most patient
Therefore be patient, beautifully patient
So besg patient with beautiful patience.
Wherefore be patient with fair patience
Therefore patiently endure, in the best manner (O dear Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him)
Therefore be patient with a most nicely patience.
Wherefore bear the insults of the Meccans with becoming patience
Therefore endure with a goodly patience
Therefore be patient, with a beautiful patience
Be thou patient therefore with becoming patience
So have patience — a beautiful patience
So have thou patience with a graceful patience.
So be patient with a content patience.
Therefore, endure with graceful patience
So, (O Prophet), persevere with gracious perseverance
So be patient with a goodly patience
So be patient with the patience that is good.
So, (O Prophet), be graciously patient [at the disbelievers' deliberate disbelief]
So, (O Beloved,) observe patience (on the assertions of the disbelievers) without regrets
So be patient with a good patience
So be patient with a good patience
So be patient with a good patience.
So be patient, beautiful/graceful patience
Therefore, [O believer,] endure all adversity with goodly patience
So (endure) patiently with a becoming patience
But be patient (O Muhammad) with a patience fair to see
(Muhammad), exercise patience with no complaints
So, observe patience, a good patience
Therefore, resort to patience and constancy, (O' Muhammad), with an amiable patience.
So endure (all adversity) with grace and patience
Now, therefore, cling to patience with adorable patience.
Therefore endure O Muhammad their attitude with composure, and quietly await the course of events
So Messenger! Be patient in a beautiful manner!
So endure ˹this denial, O Prophet,˺ with beautiful patience.
So have beautiful patience.
Therefore conduct yourself with becoming patience
Therefore, you shall resort to a gracious patience.
So be patient with gracious patience.
So be patient with gracious patience.
So be patient, beautiful patience.
Therefore, you shall do your part with a most handsome steadfastness
Therefore endure with a goodly patience
So be patient with admirable patience
So be patient with beautiful patience
Therefore you stay patient— With a good Patience (of beautiful contentment)

So be patient with gracious patience
So be patient, beautiful patience;
Therefore do thou hold Patience,- a Patience of beautiful (contentment)

إِنَّهُمۡ یَرَوۡنَهُۥ بَعِیدࣰا ۝٦
The disbelievers think it is distant
Surely! They see it (Day of judgment) to be far off;
Verily they behold it afar off
They surely take it to be far away
Indeed, they see it (the day of suffering; death) as far!
They see it as something distant,
Indeed they see it to be far off
They see it (the punishment) as far off (beyond their reason and perception)
They think it (- the Day of Judgment) to be far off
behold, they see it as if far off
Indeed, they see it far
From the disbelievers point of view it will take forever for them to be subject to the Hereafter’s punishment
They see it as indeed distant
Indeed, they see it distant,
verily, they see it as afar off
They deem it to be remote
Truly they see it far.
for they see their punishment afar off
Surely they think it to be far off
they see it as being far off
They forsooth regard that day as distant
Verily, they see it (i.e., the torment about to befall) as something extremely remote
Truly, they see it as distant,
(People) see (the last day) as far away,…
They see it (Day of Judgment) to be far-off
Verily they think that the chastisement is far off
Surely they see it far off
They certainly see it far,
They do indeed see it [punishment] long in coming
Surely, they imagine that (Day) to be far off
They see it as far away
They see it as far away
They see it as far away.
That they truly, they see/understand it a distant/far
behold, men look upon that [reckoning] as something far away –
Surely they see it far off
Lo! they behold it afar of
They think that it (the Day of Judgment) is far away
They see it far off
Indeed, they see that (‘Day’) as a far-off (event).
Indeed, they consider the punishment to be far in the future
Verily they see that (day) as a far-off (event),
They -the infidels- see it (that is) that day of the Eventful Event far and away, remote in time
Indeed, they consider it a long way off,
They truly see this ˹Day˺ as impossible,
They see it far off.
They think the Day of Judgement is far off
KHALIFA:For they see it far away.
They [the unbelievers] see it as something distant,
They [the unbelievers] see it as something distant,
They see it as far off.
Behold, they see it far away
Surely they think it to be far off
They see it to be far off
Truly they see it as far off
They see the (Day) indeed as a far-off (event)
They perceive it as far off.
They see it distant
Indeed, they see it [as] distant
Indeed, they see it far,
They see the (Day) indeed as a far-off (event)
They see the (Day) indeed as a far-off (event)
وَنَرَىٰهُ قَرِیبࣰا ۝٧
but We know it to be close
but We see it quite near.
And We behold it nigh
But We see it very near
But We see it as near!
but We see it as very close.
and We see it to be near
But We see it as (certain to come and) near at hand
But We know it to be near (at hand)
but We see it is nigh
while We see it near.
From God’s point of view, however, their punishment is much closer than what they perceive
But We see it as near
but We see it near—
but we see it nigh
Whereas We see it impending
And We see it close.
but We see it nigh at hand
And We see it nigh
but We see it near
But we see it nigh
while We see it very near
but We see it as near at hand.
…but We see it as near.
but We see it quite near
while We think that it is near at hand
And We see it nigh
while We see it near.
And We see it near
But We see it very near
And We see/understand it near/close
but, We see it as near
And We see it near
While we behold it nigh
but We see it to be very near
and We see it near
While We see it very near.
While We see it close at hand
Whereas We see it very near.
While We, and the believers, see it close at hand and near fulfilment
yet We know it is near.
but We see it as inevitable.
And We see it close by.
but We see it near at hand
While we see it very close.
but We see it near.

And We see it nigh
But WE see it to be nigh
but We see it as nigh
But We see it (quite) near
But We see it as near.

یَوۡمَ تَكُونُ ٱلسَّمَاۤءُ كَٱلۡمُهۡلِ ۝٨
On a Day when the heavens will be like molten bras
On that Day, the sky will be like molten lead
It shall befall on a Day whereon the heaven shall become like Unto dregs of oil
The day the sky becomes like molten brass
That day the sky will be like molten metal.
On the Day the sky is like molten brass
The day when the sky will be like molten copper
The Day when the sky will be like molten metal
The day (it befalls), the heaven shall become (red) like molten copper
Upon the day when heaven shall be as molten coppe
The day when the sky is like the melted copper,
When the end comes, the sky will look like melted copper
The day that the sky will be like molten brass
on the day when the sky is like molten brass,
The day when the heaven shall be as molten brass
The day when the sky will be like molten silver
A day on which the sky will be like molten brass.
On a certain day the heaven shall become like molten brass
On the day when the heaven shall be as molten coppe
On that Day the heaven shall become like molten copper
The day when the heavens shall become as molten brass
The Day the sky becomes like the superficial flim of boiling oil
On a Day the heaven will become as molten copper
That day the sky will look like molten metal.
On that Day, the sky shall become like molten bras
It shall befall on a Day whereon the sky will become like molten brass
The day when the heaven is as molten brass
The day when the sky will become like molten brass
That Day, the sky will be like molten metal
On that Day the sky will become like molten copper
On the Day the sky is like molten copper
On the Day the heaven is like molten copper
On the Day the heaven is like molten copper.
A day/time the sky/space becomes as the dead's puss/melted metal
[It will take place] on a Day when the sky will be like molten lead
On the Day when the heaven will be as molten metal
The day when the sky will become as molten copper
On the day when the heavens become like molten metal
(This punishment will befall) on the Day when the sky will be like dregs of oil
The day will come when the heavens become like molten copper
The sky that day, will be like molten copper
On that day the sky will become like molten copper,
That is the Day when the heavens shall look like a metallic substance melted in oil
The Day when the sky will be like molten brass,
On that Day the sky will be like molten brass
On the day the sky will be like sludge.
On that day the sky shall become like molten brass
The day will come when the sky will be like molten rocks.
On the Day the sky will be like molten brass,
On the Day the sky will be like molten brass,
On a Day when the sky will be like molten brass.
The Day when the sky will melt away
On the day when the heaven shall be as molten coppe
The day when the heaven will become like molten copper
On a day when the sky is as molten lead
The Day that the sky will be like molten brass
On that Day, the sky will resemble molten copper.
On the Day when the sky will be like molten brass
On the Day the sky will be like murky oil
On the day the sky will be like molten brass,
The Day that the sky will be like molten brass
The Day that the sky will be like molten brass
وَتَكُونُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَٱلۡعِهۡنِ ۝٩
and the mountains like tufts of wool
and the mountains will be like flakes of wool;
And then the mountains shall become like Unto wool dyed
The mountains like the tufts of (carded) wool
And the mountains will be like colored wool.
and the mountains like tufts of coloured wool.
and the mountains like [tufts of] dyed wool
And the mountains will be like multi-colored tufts of wool
And the mountains shall become like flakes of multicoloured wool
and the mountains shall be as plucked wool-tufts
and the mountains are like the colored wool,
And the mountains will be pulverized to look like the flakes of wool
And the mountains will be like wool
and the mountains are like tufted wool,
and the mountains shall be like flocks of wool
And the hills will be light as wool
And the mountains will be like cotton wool.
and the mountains like wool of various colours, scattered abroad by the wind
And the mountains shall be as tufts of woo
and the mountains shall be like puffs of wool
And the mountains shall become like flocks of wool
and the mountains become like flakes of wool
and the mountains be as wool clusters
The mountains will become like [fluffs of] wool.
and the mountains like tufts of wool
and the mountains will become like dyed tufts of wool
And the mountains are as wool
and the mountains will be like coloured wool
And the mountains will be like wool
And the mountains like (flakes of) coloured wool
And the mountains are like wool

and the hanging mountains will be like masses of fluffed wool
and the mountains like ˹tufts of˺ wool.

وَلَا یَسۡءَلُ حَمِیمٌ حَمِیمࣰا ۝١٠
when no friend will ask about his friend
and no friend will ask of a friend
And not a friend shall ask a friend
And no friend inquires after frien
And no friend will be in the state to call another!
no good friend will ask about his friend
and no friend will inquire about [the welfare of his] friend
And no loyal friend will ask after his friend
No warm friend will inquire after a warm friend
no loyal friend shall question loyal friend
and a friend does not ask about a friend
The event will be so awesome that no one will care about his body
And no friend will ask about a friend
and no intimate (friend) asks his intimate (friend)—
when no warm friend shall question friend
And no friend will ask concerning his friend
And no friend will ask about a friend.
And a friend shall not ask a friend concerning his condition, althoug
And friend shall not ask of frien
No loyal friend will ask another loyal frien
And friend shall not question of friend
and does not ask a deeply devoted friend for (his) deeply devoted friend
and no loyal friend will ask a loyal friend,
[Out of dread] no friend will ask about another friend.
even a close friend will not ask of his friend
and no bosom friend will enquire about any of his bosom friend
And no friend will ask of friend
and (even) an intimate friend will not inquire from another intimate friend
And friend will not ask of frien
And no friend will enquire after his friend
And no friend will ask about his friend
And no friend will ask about his friend
And no friend will ask about his friend.
And nor (a) concerned (relative/friend) asks/questions (about a) concerned (relative/friend)
and [when] no friend will ask about his friend
And no intimate (friend) will ask (another) intimate friend
And no familiar friend will ask a question of his frien
even intimate friends will not inquire about their friends
and no friend will ask about any friend
And no friend would care about his close friend
Even the closest friends would fail to inquire about (the welfare of) their close friends
And no friend will ask his friend (about his condition)
and no friend puts a question to a friend or asks about him. This is an endless moment of anxiety and fear to concern oneself even with the closest whom he or she had rendered dear
It will be a Day when no close friend will bother to ask anything of his close friend,
And no close friend will ask ˹about˺ their friends,
And dear friends will ask another.
No bosom friend shall ask a bosom friend when eye meets eye
KHALIFA:No friend will care about his close friend.
No good friend will ask about his friend,
No good friend will ask about his friend,
And no intimate friend will ask his intimate friend.
And a friend will not ask about his friend
And friend shall not ask of frien
And a friend will not inquire after a friend
and no loyal friend shall ask about a loyal friend
And no friend will ask about a friend
No friend will ask of a friend.
No friend will care about his friend
And no friend will ask [anything of] a friend
And a warm friend will not question a warm friend;
And no friend will ask after a friend
And no friend will ask after a friend
یُبَصَّرُونَهُمۡۚ یَوَدُّ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُ لَوۡ یَفۡتَدِی مِنۡ عَذَابِ یَوۡمِىِٕذِۭ بِبَنِیهِ ۝١١
even when they are within sight of one another. The guilty person will wish he could save himself from the suffering of that Day by sacrificing his sons
though they will be made to see one another (no one can help including relatives). The criminal would wish to ransom himself from the punishment of that Day by his children,
Though they shall be made to see one another. Fain would the guilty ransom himself from the torment of that Day by his children
Though within sight of one another. The sinner would like to ransom himself from the torment of that Day by offering his sons
When they are shown to each other... To save themselves from the punishment of that period, the guilty one will want to offer his children (to the Fire) in his stead as ransom...
even though they can see each other. An evildoer will wish he could ransom himself from the punishment of that Day, by means of his sons,
[though] they will be placed within each other’s sight. The guilty one will wish he could ransom himself from the punishment of that day at the price of his children
Though they will be in sight of each other. Every disbelieving criminal will yearn to ransom himself from the punishment of that Day even by his sons
(Though) they will be placed in sight of one another. The guilty person would wish to redeem himself from the punishment of that day (even) by (offering) his children (as ransom)
as they are given sight of them. The sinner will wish that he might ransom himself from the chastisement of that day even by his sons
(although) they are made to see them. The guilty wishes to redeem himself from the punishment of that day by (offering) his children
Although the eyes will see each other…
Though they will be put in sight of each other. Those who are corrupt, their desire will be that he could redeem himself from the penalty of that day with his children
though they are shown each other. The criminal wishes he could be redeemed from the punishment of that day by sacrificing his children
they shall gaze on each other, and the sinner would fain give as a ransom from the torment of that day his son
They will be seeing them; the guilty will wish if only he could redeem himself from the punishment of that day, by offering his sons
Although they will be in the sight of one another. The evildoer will wish if he could save himself from the punishment of that day by giving in ransom his children,
they see one another. The wicked shall wish to redeem himself from the punishment of that day, by giving up his children
Though they shall be given sight of each other. The guilty one would fain redeem himself from the chastisement of that day by sacrificing his children
though they are in sight of each other. To ransom himself from the punishment of that Day, the sinner will wish that he might even ransom himself by his sons
Though they look at one another. Fain would the wicked redeem himself from punishment on that day at the price of his children
People would be made to watch one another. The sinner would desire that he may pay a ransom to get rid of the torment that Day by (offering) his sons (in ransom)
although they are given sight of them. One who sins would wish that he offer for ransom —from the punishment of that day—his children
[That is] even if they are put in sight of one another. The [unforgiven] sinner will wish that he/she could redeem him-/herself from the penalty of that day with his/her children.
though they will see each other. To save himself from the punishment of that Day, the culprit (disbeliever) will wish to give his children
although they shall be within sight of one another. The guilty one would fain ransom himself from the torment of that Day by offering his children

When they see it, the criminal will wish he can ransom his children against the retribution

They make them see/understand; the criminal/sinner wishes/loves if he ransoms/compensates (sacrifices) with his sons from that day's torture (to save himself)
though they may be in one another's sight: [for,] everyone who was lost in sin will on that Day but desire to ransom himself from suffering at the price of his own children
(As) they are made to behold them (i.e., each other). The criminal would like that he might ransom himself of the torment upon that Day (even) by his seeds
Though they will be given sight of them. The guilty man will long to be able to ransom himself from the punishment of that day at the price of his childre
though they may see each other. A sinner will wish that he could save himself from the torment of that day by sacrificing his children
(though) they will be made to see each other. A guilty person will desire that he may be able to ransom himself from the torment of that day even by his sons
Though they are made to see each other. The ungodly sinner wishes he would be able to ransom himself from the chastisement of that day by (sacrificing) his children,
Although, they would see each other! The criminal, that day, would like to escape punishment by offering his own son as ransom
Though they are made to see each other. The Ungodly Sinner wishes he would be able to ransom himself from the chastisement of that day by (sacrificing) his children,
All of them -the infidels- will see each other but they are dumbfounded, then and there shall the wicked wish he could be redeemed from that endless and severe punishment with the lives of his own children
yet they will be within sight of one another. The wicked person will wish to give away everything to save himself from punishment that Day, even his children,
˹although˺ they will be made to see each other. The wicked will wish to ransom themselves from the punishment of that Day by their children,
They see them, and the sinful would like to be ransomed from the punishment on that day by his children,
To redeem himself from the torment of that day the sinner will gladly sacrifice his children
When they see them, the guilty will wish he could give his own children as ransom, to spare him the retribution of that day.
even though they can see each other. The one who forced others to reject Our messages will wish he could ransom himself from the punishment of that Day, by sacrificing his children

His wife and his brother
وَفَصِیلَتِهِ ٱلَّتِی تُءۡوِیهِ ۝١٣
the kinsfolk who gave him shelter
his kindred who gave him shelter,
And his kin that sheltered him
And his family who had stood by him
And his nearest kin who shelter him;
or his family who sheltered him
his kin which had sheltered hi
And all his kinsfolk who sheltered him
And even his kinsfolk who gave him shelter (in time of distress
his kin who sheltered him
and his family who sheltered him
…, wife, brother, those who kindly sheltered him and…
His family who sheltered him
and his kinsfolk who shelter him
and his kin who stand by him
And the family in which he was
and his family which gives him shelter,
and his kindred who shewed kindness unto him
And the nearest of his kinsfolk who gave him shelter
the kinsmen who gave him shelter
And of his kindred who shewed affection for him
and his kinfolks who sheltered him
or his relatives who gave him refuge,

And [he would offer] his kindred who sheltered him
And (all) his family who used to provide him shelter
As well as his whole clan that protected him

And his closest tribe/relations which shelters him/gives him refuge
and of all the kinsfolk who ever sheltered him
And the nearest of his kin who gave him abode
And his kin that harboured hi
his kinsmen who gave him refuge (from hardship
and his kindred that sheltered him
And his kinsfolk who sheltered him,
And (all) relatives _ (even those) who had sheltered him (through the years)
And his kinsfolk who sheltered him,
With the lives of his kindred who in life afforded him protection
his blood relatives who sheltered him,
their clan that sheltered them,
And his family, which shelters him,
the kin who gave him shelter
Even his whole tribe that raised him.
and his family who shelter him
and his family who shelter him
And his nearest faction, which shelters him.
And his whole family and the tribe that raised and sheltered him
And the nearest of his kinsfolk who gave him shelter
And his kinsfolk who gave him shelter
his kin who had sheltered him
And his relatives who sheltered him
And his family that sheltered him.
And his family that sheltered him
And his nearest kindred who shelter hi
And his nearest kinsfolk, the one who sheltered him,
His kindred who sheltered him
His kindred who sheltered him
وَمَن فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِیعࣰا ثُمَّ یُنجِیهِ ۝١٤
and everyone on earth, if it could save him
and all that is in the earth, so that it might save him.
And all who are on the earth; so that this might deliver him
And all those who are on the earth, to save himself
And everything on earth so that it could save him!
or everyone else on earth, if that only meant that he could save himself.
and all those who are upon the earth, if that might deliver him
And whoever else is on the earth, all of them, so that he might then save himself
And (by offering) all that is on the earth put together, (thinking) if only thus he might deliver himself (from the punishment)
and whosoever is in the earth, all together, so that then it might deliver him
and everyone on the earth, so that it saves him.
…. whatever is in the earth to save his neck
And all who are on earth, so that it could save him
and everyone on earth, so it would then save him.
and all who are in the earth, that yet it might rescue him
And all those who are in the earth - then only if the redemption saves him
and all those in the earth altogether,- so that they may save him.
and all who are in the earth; and that this might deliver him
And all those that are in the earth, hoping to be delivered
and whosoever is in the earth, altogether, so that it might save him
And of all who are on the earth that then it might deliver him
and whosoever is on the earth — altogether, then (thus) he may redeem himself
or whoever is on the earth altogether, again, if that would rescue him.
…and all else on the earth that might deliver him/her.
and all that is in the earth, in ransom to save himself
and all persons of the earth, if only he could thus save himself
And all that are in the earth -- then deliver him -
and whosoever is in the earth, all, (and) then save himself.
And [he would offer] all all that is on the earth, if only he could thus save himself
And all the people on earth (as recompense for himself), so that this (atonement) may save him from (Allah’s torment)
And all who are on Earth, so that he can be saved
And all who are on the earth, so that he can be saved
And all who are on the earth, so that he can be saved!
And whom (is) in the earth/Planet Earth all/all together, then (He) saves/rescues him
and of whoever [else] lives on earth, all of them - so that he could but save himself
And whoever is in the earth all together, so that thereafter it might deliver him
And all that are in the earth, if then it might deliver him
and all those on earth
and all those on earth, then he may redeem himself
Even all the people on earth, if that would save him.
In fact, (he would be ready to offer as ransom) every single soul on earth, if he could (in return) save himself
Even all the people on earth if that would save him.
And with the lives of all those on earth, just to escape the horror which doubles all his torment and his woe
and everyone on Earth, to save his own skin.
and everyone on earth altogether, just to save themselves.
And all who are on earth, so he could be rescued.
and all that are on the earth, if then this might deliver him
Even all the people on earth, if it would save him.
and everyone on earth, if that could save him.
and everyone on Earth, if that could save him.
And whoever on the earth altogether, then to save him.
And all who lived on earth - all of them if then it might save him
And all those that are in the earth, (wishing) then (that) this might deliver him
And by offering all those who are on the earth, if only thus he might save himself
and all who are on the earth, that it might save him
And all, all that is on earth— So that it could save him—
And everyone on earth, entirely so, then it could save him.
And everyone on earth, in order to save him
And whoever is on earth entirely [so] then it could save him
And whoever is in the earth, all together, then it could save him.
And all, all that is on earth,- so it could deliver him
And all, all that is on earth,- so it could deliver him
كَلَّاۤۖ إِنَّهَا لَظَىٰ ۝١٥
But no! There is a raging flam
But no means! Surely, it will be the fire of hell
By no means! Verily it is a Flame
But never. It is pure white flam
Never! Indeed, it is the Laza (smokeless flame).
But no! It is a Raging Blaze
Never! Indeed it is a blazing fire
By no means! It is a furiously flaming fire
By no means! (He can never be redeemed). Surely, it (- the punishment you are warned against) is a blazing Fire
Nay, verily it is a furnac
No way, indeed it is flame (of hell)
But no offer will save the guilty one from Hellfire…
By no means, for it would be the fire of hell
But no! It is a raging fire
Nay, verily, it is a flame,
Never! That is indeed a blazing fire
Not at all! There is nothing indeed [for him] except blazing fire.
By no means: For hell fire
By no means! Surely it is a flaming Fir
No, in truth, it is a Furnace
But no. For the fire
By no means! Surely that (would be) a furiously flaming, blazing Fire —
No indeed. Truly, it is the furnace of hell
But no! There is only fire…
By no means! It will be the fire of hell
By no means! It will be the fierce flam
By no means! Surely it is a flaming Fire
By no means ! it is certainly a flaming fire
But no! The fierce flame of Hell-fire it shall b
But no! By no means! Surely, that is a Flaming Fire
No, it is a torching flame
No, it is a torching flame.
No, but that it is blazing/flaming
But nay! Verily, all [that awaits him] is a raging flame
Not at all! Surely it is a fierce Blaze
But nay! for lo! it is the fire of hel
By no means! For the raging flames of the fir
By no means! It is the flaming fir
But nay! Indeed, it is a Flaming Fire,
No! Of course not! It is a blazing inferno
But nay! Indeed, it is a Flaming Fire,
But never will he succeed in avoiding the tormenting Hell Fire
That will not happen! There will be a raging flame
But no! There will certainly be a raging Flame
But no, it is ablaze,
But no! The fire of Hel
No; it is aflame.
Not today! But a raging blaze
Not today! But a raging blaze
Nay, surely it is a pure fire flame.
But nay! Behold, it is a raging flame
By no means! Surely it is a flaming fir
But no ! surely, it is a flame of Fire
Nay, but it is a churning fire
By no means! Verily, it would be the Fire of Hell
No indeed! It is a blazing flame.
By no means! It is a Raging Fire
No! Indeed, it is the Flame [of Hell]
Not so, indeed, it is a flame,
By no means! for it would be the Fire of Hell!
By no means! for it would be the Fire of Hell!
نَزَّاعَةࣰ لِّلشَّوَىٰ ۝١٦
that strips away the skin
to take away (burn completely) the head skin,
Flaying off the scalp-skin
That would skin the scalp
That peels and sears the skins!
stripping away the limbs and scalp,
which strips away the scalp
Tearing away the skin
Stripping off the skin even to the extremities (of the human body)
snatching away the scalp
stripping off the scalp (by burning it),
… which is eager to roast the one who turned away…
Burning down to the skull
that strips away the scalps,
dragging by the scalp
A fire that melts the hide
Which pulls away the skin.
dragging them by their scalps
Dragging him right to his skull
It snatches away by the scalps
Dragging by the scalp
one that strips off the skin
removing their scalps,
…plucking to the skull.
eager to pluck out his skull
that will strip off the scalp
Plucking out the extremities -
taking off the skin.
That would be stripping their scalds off
Stripping off the skin of all the limbs and the scalp
Pulling away/removing to the extremities/outer layer of skin
tearing away his skin
Constantly plucking forth the scalps
will strip-off the fles
that will pull out the skin of the scalp
Extremely eager for burning.
And it will scald away the scalps (of the unbelievers)
Extremely eager for burning.
The Fire which, with its infernal hiss and crackle, shall burn into his inmost being, but reserves both his physical and mental feeling for the realization of pain and distress which will not abate nor expire

KHALIFA:Eager to burn.

Tearer out what was grilled (skin and muscles).
That burns all coverings and defenses
Dragging by the head
Stripping off the skin even to the extremities of the body

Tearing out (his existence) right out of his skull
Snatching away the scalps.
It strips away the scalps
Dragging much to the skin of the head,
Plucking out (his being) right to the skull!

تَدۡعُوا۟ مَنۡ أَدۡبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ ۝١٧
and it will claim everyone who rejects the truth, turns away
he will call all those who turn their backs and turn away their faces,
It shall calll him who turneth back and backslideth
It will summon whoever turns his back and flees
It (the Laza) invites he who turned his back and walked away (when invited to his essential reality)!
which calls for all who drew back and turned away,
It invites him who has turned back [from the truth] and forsaken [it]
It will call to itself those who turn their backs (on the call to faith) and turn away (from worship of God)
It will claim the person (for consumption) who drew back (from accepting the truth) and turned away (refusing to obey)
calling him who drew back and turned away
calling anyone who turned his back and turned away
….. and fled from the truth and…
Inviting all those who turn their backs and turn away their faces
inviting the one who had retreated and turned away
it shall call those who retreated and turned their back
It calls out to him who reverted and turned away
It invites anyone who turned his back in denial and turned away from remembrance.
shall call him who shall have turned his back, and fled from the faith
It calls him who turned and fled from truth
and it shall call him who withdrew and turned his bac
Shall claim him who turned his back and went away
It (i.e., the blazing Fire invites) that who turned his back (to) and moved away (from Al-Kitab)
calling whoever drew back and turned away
[The fire will be] inviting those who turned their backs and rejected [the truth]…
it will be calling all those who try to escape and turn their back
It shall insistently summon him who turned his back and retreated
It shall claim him who retreats and turns his back
It will invite him who turned back (from the truth) and went away
It [the Fire] would summon him who had turned away and retreate
It is calling him who turned his back (on the truth) and turned away
It calls on those who turned away
It calls on those who turned away
It calls on those who turned away.
It calls who gave his back and turned away
It will claim all such as turn their backs [on what is right], and turn away [from the truth]
Calling him who withdrew and turned away
It calleth him who turned and fled (from truth)
and drag into it anyone who has turned away (from obeying God)
It will call him who had turned his back and fled away (from the truth
It will claim the one who takes in his self-deceived beliefs for the epistemic,
It will summon (by name), all those who turned their backs and ran away (from the truth)
It will claim whoever turned away (from the truth)
A fire with a magnet influence; it shall irresistibly draw to itself the feet of those who had denied Allah and rejected the truth
Hell shall call out to all who turned their backs and turned away,
It will summon whoever turned their backs ˹on Allah˺ and turned away ˹from the truth˺,
It calls whoever turned away and turned his back,
shall claim him who had turned his bac
It calls on those who turned away.
and claims everyone who turned his back to the truth and went away

It calls whoever turned his back, and turned away.
It calls him who turned and fled from Truth
It shall claim him who turned and fled (from truth)
It shall call him who turned his back and retreated
calling to those who turned their backs and fled
Inviting (all) those who turn their backs and turn away their faces (from the right)

وَجَمَعَ فَأَوۡعَىٰۤ ۝١٨

Truly man was created headstrong —
Indeed man has been created covetous
Surely human has been created with a restless, impatient disposition
Verily, such a person is impatient and miserly by nature
Surely man was created fretful
Indeed, human being is created greedy (and anxious),
One of the man’s deficiency that he has to work upon is his impatience
Truly the human being was created impatient
Indeed, man was created fretful:
Verily, man is by nature rash
Indeed man is created very impatient, greedy
Truly the human being was created anxious.
Verily man is created extremely impatient
Surely man is created anxious (or impatient
Indeed, the human was created grudging and impatient
Man truly is by creation hasty
Verily, a human being: (as if) he is created impatient
Truly, the human being was created fretful.
Humanity tends to be impatient.
Indeed, man has been created impatient
Verily man is impatient by nature
Surely man is created impatient -
Man is certainly hasty (by) character;
Man is indeed impatient by natur
Surely, man has been created impatient and greedy
Indeed, mankind was created anxious
Indeed, man was created anxious
Indeed, the human being was created anxious.
That truly the human/mankind was created worrisome/frightened
VERILY, man is born with a restless disposition
Surely man was created most fretful
Lo! man was created anxious
Human beings are created greedy
Indeed man is created weak in courage
Verily, man was created restless,
Indeed, man is created impatient (and fretful)
Verily, man has a (natural tendency) to be quickly irritated
Man is wanting in moral strength for endurance, lacking courage and strength of purpose and will, and unduly swayed by grief. He is selfish and he is only concerned with his own advantage to the exclusion of regard for others

إِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ جَزُوعࣰا ۝٢٠
he is fretful when misfortune touches him
when the evil touches them, they are distressed,
When evil toucheth him, he is bewailing
If evil befalls him he is perturbed
When misfortune touches him he begins to cry and lament (he is intolerant)!
desperate when bad things happen,
anxious when an ill befalls hi
Fretful when evil visits him
He loses heart and becomes fretful when evil afflicts him
when evil visits him, impatient
impatient (and worried) when badness touches him,
When man experiences hardship, he becomes depressed…
Depressed when harm touches him
when touched by adversity he is impatient,
when evil touches him, very impatient
Very nervous when touched by misfortune
When evil touches him, he is filled with concern for himself.
When evil toucheth him, he is full of complaint
Fretful when evil afflicts hi
When evil comes upon him he is impatient
When evil befalleth him, impatient
When Ash-shar (harm) touched him, (he is one) who is extremely disturbed
When the worst afflicted him, he is impatient.
[He/she is] fretful when adversity befalls him/her.

but tight-fisted when good fortune comes his way

If good comes to him he holds back his hand
But when good touches him, he is stingy and selfish!

And niggardly when good visits him
But is niggardly when good falls to his lot
when good visits him, grudging
and miserly (and stingy) when goodness touches him,
and when God makes the man wealthy [instead of showing his gratefulness by becoming generous], he becomes stingy
And arrogant when good reaches him
and when touched by good he is ungenerous;
when good touches him, niggardly
And refraining, when good reaches him
But when the good touches him, he is stingy.
but when good befalleth him, he becometh niggardly
And niggardly when good befalls hi
but when good comes upon him, he is grudgin
But when good falleth to his lot, tenacious
And when Al-Khair (good) touched him, (he is one) who hesitates (himself) and also stops others (from spending it in a desirable way) —
And when the good afflicted him, begrudging.
[He/she is] stingy when fortune reaches him/her.
but when blessed with good fortune, he becomes stingy
and tight-fisted when good fortune visits him
And niggardly when good befalls him -
and when good (even) touches him (he) is niggardly
And when prosperity touches him, he is begrudging
But becomes miserly when he receives good fortune (or affluence)
And when good touches him he is stingy
And when good touches him he is stingy
And when good touches him he is stingy.
And if the goodness touched him, (he is) often preventing/prohibiting
and whenever good fortune comes to him, he selfishly withholds it [from others]
And when charity touches him, (he is) a constant preventer of it
And, when good befalleth him, grudging
but when they are fortunate, they become niggardl
and very niggard when visited by good (fortune)
Niggardly when he is touched by richness;
And acts niggardly when he encounters good fortune
Niggardly when he is touched by richness;
But if he has the luck and heaven prospers him, then he is niggardly, unwilling to give or spend in divine service and he says to his money "my god art thou"
and when good fortune befalls them, they are selfish;
and withholding when touched with good—
And when good afflicts him, he withholds,
but, blessed with good fortune, he grows niggardly
If blessed by wealth, stingy.
but tight-fisted when good fortune comes his way,

And if the goodness touched him, he is a withholder.

Touched by good, he is ungenerous

إِلَّا ٱلۡمُصَلِّینَ ۝٢٢
Not so those who pra
except those who devote to prayers,
Not so are the prayerful
Except those who closely follow (the Book of God)
Except the observers of prayer (who actively experience salat)!
except for those who do salat
—[all are such] except the prayerful
Except those who are devoted to the Prayer
Different however is the case of those devoted to Prayers
save those that pra
except the performers of mandatory prayers,
Except those who always worship God and…
Not so those who pray
except the prayerfulpl
all save those who pray
Except those who establish prayer
Except those who are steadfast in [their] prayers.
Except those who are devoutly given
Except those who pray
except those that pra
Not so the prayerful
except those who adhere to canonical Prayers
But the ones who formally pray,
Those who worship are different.
with the exception of those who offer the Salah (prayer)
except those that pray
Except those who pray
except the worshippers (those who offer salat)
But those who pray are not [so impatient.
Except for those who offer Prayer
Except for those who reach out
Except for those who make the contact prayer
Except for those who are indoctrinated.
Except the praying
Not so, however, those who consciously turn towards God in prayer
Except the ones who are (constantly) praying
except those who are steadfas
except the performers of Salah
Except for those who pray (to Allâh),
Except those who perform ´salat´
Except for those who who pray,
But benevolent are those who a. engage in the act of worship with a pious attitude of mind, being well disposed toward Alla
except the worshippers,
except those who pray,
Except those who pray,
Not so the worshippers
Except for the worshipers.
The exception are those who pray,

Except the MUSALLEEN. (Who are Musalleen? NOT the so-called ritualistic praying ones)

Not so (are) those devoted to prayer—
Except for those who pray.

Not so those devoted to Prayer;

ٱلَّذِینَ هُمۡ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمۡ دَاۤىِٕمُونَ ۝٢٣
and are constant in their prayers
those who remain steadfast in their prayers,
Who are at their prayer constant
Who persevere in devotion
They are in a constant state of salat (they maintain their introspective turning to Allah, their essence)!
and are constant in it;
those who are persevering in their prayer
Those who are constant in their Prayer
Those persons who remain constant and steadfast in their Prayers
and continue at their prayers
those who perform their mandatory prayer all the time
devote a portion of their wealth to those who ask for financial help and…
Those who stay focused on their prayer
who are constant at their prayers;
who remain at their prayers
Those who are regular in their prayers
Those who are constant in their prayers.
and who persevere in their prayers
Those who are constant (or devoted) at their praye
who are constant in prayer
Who are ever constant at their prayers
those people who: they are constant in offering their Prayers
those, they are ones who continue with their formal prayers
They remain devoted in their prayer.
remain steadfast in their Salah (prayer)
and are constant in their Prayer
Who are constant at their prayer
who are constant at their worship (salat)
Those that are constant in their prayer
And are constant in their Prayer
Who are always maintaining their contact-method
Who always observe their contact prayer
Who are always maintaining their indoctrination.
Those who (are) on their prayers continuing/lasting
[and] who incessantly persevere in their praye
They are the ones who are permanently preserving their prayers
Who are constant at their worshi
and constant in their prayers
who are regular in their Salah
And who are persistent in performing their prayer,
(Successful are) those who are steadfast (prompt, and punctual) in their ´salat´
Persistent in performing their prayer,
They constantly surrender their very being to Allah and regularly observe their prayers
who perform their prayer constantly,
consistently performing their prayers;
Who are constant in their prayers,
who are steadfast in prayer
Who always observe their contact prayers (Salat).
those who are steady in their prayer
those who are steady in their prayer
Those who are permanent in their prayers.
----- MUSALLEEN are those who always follow the Divine System
Those who are constant at their praye

Those who remain steadfast to their prayer

وَٱلَّذِینَ فِیۤ أَمۡوَ ٰلِهِمۡ حَقࣱّ مَّعۡلُومࣱ ۝٢٤
who give a due share of their wealt
those who set aside a known right in their wealth
And those in whose riches is a known right
In whose wealth a due share is include
They are those within whose wealth there is a share;
those in whose wealth there is a known share
and in whose wealth there is a known righ
And those in whose wealth there is a right acknowledged (by them
And those in whose wealth there is a recognised right (- a fixed share)
those in whose wealth is a right know
and those in their wealth there is a known right
… those who…
And those who recognize a right to their wealth
and those in whose wealth is a rightfully acknowledged share
and in whose wealth is a reasonable due (set aside
And those in whose wealth exists a recognised right
And those in whose wealth there is a right well marked out
and those of whose substance a due and certain portion is ready to be give
And those in whose wealth there is a fixed portio
who, from their wealth is a known righ
And of whose substance there is a due and stated portio
and those: in their wealth is a well-known share —
and those who in their wealth there is a known obligation towards
They recognize a right to their money…

And those (who are committed to sacrifice and) in whose wealth there is a fixed share

And those who in their properties/possessions (is) a known right/share
and in whose possessions there is a due share, acknowledged [by them]
And (they) are the ones in whose riches is a truthful (duty) known
And in whose wealth there is a right acknowledge
They are those who assign a certain share of their propert
and those in whose riches there is a specified righ
And in whose wealth, there is a known right
Those who accept a due share in their wealth
And who give a due share of their wealth
b. Who apportion a determinate share of their wealth for charitable contributions
in whose wealth is a due share
and who give the rightful share of their wealth
And in whose wealth there is a known share,
who set aside a due portion of their wealt
Part of their money is set aside.
and those who have set aside a known rightful share within their wealth
and those who have set aside a known rightful share of their wealth
And those in whose money is a well-known right.
----- And in whose wealth and possessions is a KNOWN RIGHT
And those in whose wealth there is a fixed portion
And those in whose wealth there is a known right
and in whose wealth is an acknowledged du
And those in whose wealth, is a recognized right (of Allah)
And in whose wealth is a known right.
And those in whose wealth is a rightful share
And those within whose wealth is a known righ
And those in whose wealth is a known right
And those in whose wealth is a recognised right
And those in whose wealth is a recognised right
لِّلسَّاۤىِٕلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ ۝٢٥
to beggars and the deprived
for the beggar who asks and for the deprived (who lost property and wealth),
For the beggar and the destitute
For the needy and those dispossessed
For those who ask for help and the deprived.
for beggars and the destitute;
for the beggar and the deprived
For such as have no means other than begging, and such as are denied help (because, having self-respect, they cannot beg and are thought to be well-off)
(Set apart) for one who asks (for help) and also (for one) who is prevented (even from asking for one reason or the other)
for the beggar and the outcast
for the beggar and the disadvantaged,

For those who ask, and those unable to ask
for the asker and the deprived;
for him who asks and him who is kept from asking
For those who beg, and for the needy who cannot even ask
for the beggar and the bereaved.
unto him who asketh, and him who is forbidden by shame to ask

for the impoverished nonrequester and the requester
For him who asketh, and for him who is ashamed to beg
for one who is compelled to ask and that who stands deprived (of the bare needs)

To distribute among those who are needy, who make request for aid, and among those without the means for bare subsistence and among those who are indigent faint souls past corporal toil
for the beggar and the deprived,
to the beggar and the poor;
For those who ask and are deprived,
for the beggar and for the dispossessed
For the poor and the need
for the poor and the deprived
for the poor and the deprived
For the beggar and the deprived.
For him who asks for help, and for him who is deprived
For him who begs and for him who is denied (good
For those who ask for help and for those who do not ask
for the beggar and the deprived
For the (needy) who ask and him who is prevented (for some reason from asking)
For the asker and the deprived.
For the beggar and the deprived
For the petitioner and the deprived
For the one who asks and the one who is denied,
For the (needy) who asks and him who is prevented (for some reason from asking)

وَٱلَّذِینَ یُصَدِّقُونَ بِیَوۡمِ ٱلدِّینِ ۝٢٦
who believe in the Day of Judgemen
those who believe in the Day of recompense,
And those who testify to the Day of Requital
And those who believe in the Day of Judgement
They are those who confirm (believe without doubt in) the day of religion (the time of recompense)!
those who affirm the Day of Judgement,
and who affirm the Day of Retribution
And those who affirm as true the Day of Judgment
(Different also is the case of) those who accepted the truth of the Day of Requital
who confirm the Day of Doo
and those who acknowledge the Judgment Day
These generous people are the ones who…
And those who hold to the truth of the Day of Accountability
and those who believe in the Day of Recompense;
and those who believe in a day of judgment
And those who believe the Day of Judgement to be true
And those who believe the day of recompense to be true.
And those who sincerely believe the day of judgment
And those who accept the truth of the Day of Judgment
who confirm the Day of Reckonin
And who own the judgment - day a truth
and those who Believe and testify the Day of Accountability and Judgment
and those who sincerely validate the Day of Judgment.
They cling to the truth of the Day of Judgment.
accept the truth of the Day of Judgment
those who firmly believe in the Day of Recompense
And those who accept the truth of the day of Judgment
and those who accept the truth of the day of judgment
And [among those who are not impatient are] those who sincerely believe in the Day of Judgment
And those who affirm the Day of Requital
And those who believe in the Day of Judgment
And those who believe in the Day of Recompense
And they believe in the Day of Judgment.
And those who believe/confirm with the Judgment Day/Resurrection Day
and who accept as true the [coming of the] Day of Judgment
And the ones who sincerely (believe) in the Day of Doom
And those who believe in the Day of Judgment
who acknowledge the Day of Judgment
and those who believe in the Day of Judgment as true
And those who acknowledge (the existence of) the ‘Day of Judgment’,
(Successful are) those who believe in the Day of Judgment
And who have Absolute Faith in the Day of Judgment,
c. Who recognize the Day of Judgment and hold it as true
who believe in Judgement Day,
and who ˹firmly˺ believe in the Day of Judgment;
And who confirm the day of repayment,
who truly believe in the Day of Reckoning
They believe in the Day of Judgment.
and those who believe in the Day of Judgment,
and those who believe in the Day of Judgment,
And those who are ratifying by The Religion Day.
----- (And Musalleen are) those who have conviction in the Day of Judgment. And hence, in the Law of Recompense
And those who accept the truth of the judgment da
And those who believe in the Day of Judgment to be a reality
those who affirm the Day of Judgment
And those who hold to the Truth of the Day of Judgment
And those who affirm the Day of Judgment.
And those who affirm the Day of Judgment
And those who believe in the Day of Recompense
And those who verify the Day of Judgment,
And those who hold to the truth of the Day of Judgment
And those who hold to the truth of the Day of Judgment
وَٱلَّذِینَ هُم مِّنۡ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشۡفِقُونَ ۝٢٧
and fear the punishment of their Lord––
those who fear the punishment of their Lord,
And those who are fearful of their Lord's torment
And those who fear the punishment of their Lord, -
They are those who are anxious of the punishment of their Rabb.
those who are fearful of the punishment of their Lord
and those who are apprehensive of the punishment of their Lor
And those who are fearful of their Lord’s punishment (and live accordingly)
And those who are fearful of the punishment from their Lord
and go in fear of the chastisement of their Lor
and those who are afraid of their Lord's punishment,
believe in the Day of Judgment and…
And those who fear the displeasure of their Lord
and those who fear the punishment of their Lord—
and those who shrink in terror from the torment of their Lord;
And those who fear the punishment of their Lord
And those who are solicitous of the punishment of their Lord.
and who dread the punishment of their Lord
And those who are fearful of the displeasure of their Lord,
and go in fear of the punishment of their Lord
And who thrill with dread at the chastisement of their Lord
and those who: they are ever mindful of the torment of their Nourisher-Sustainer
And those, they are ones who are apprehensive of the punishment of their Lord.
They fear the punishment of their Lord.

and fear the chastisement of their Lord
And those who are fearful of the chastisement of their Lord -
and those who are fearful of the punishment of their Fosterer,
And those that fear the punishment of their Lord
And those who fear the torment of their Lord
And those who are fearful of their Lord's retribution
And those who are fearful of the retribution of their Lord
And they are fearful of the retribution of their Lord.
And those whom they are from their Lord's torture, are afraid/guarding/cautious
and who stand in dread of their Sustainer's chastisement –
And they are the ones who are timorous of the torment of their Lord
And those who are fearful of their Lord's doom
who are afraid of the torment of their Lord
and those who are fearful of the torment of their Lord_
Those who were fearful of the torment inflicted by their Lord
And those who desire to be saved from the punishment of their Lord-
d. Who are moved by fear of their Creator’s punitive punishment, here and Hereafter where the flames and the sparks strike like a spear clean through
who are fearful of their Lord’s punishment,
and those who fear the punishment of their Lord—
And who fear the punishment of their Lord,
and dread the punishment of their Lor
They reverence their Lord's requital.
and those who dread their Lord's punishment.
and those who dread their Lord’s punishment.
And those who are apprehensive from their Lord’s torment.
----- And those who are fearful of their Lord's Law of Requital
And those who are fearful of the chastisement of their Lord-
And those who are fearful of the punishment of their Lord
and who are wary of the punishment of their Lord
And those who fear the displeasure of their Lord—
And those who dread their Lord’s punishment.
And those who fear the punishment of their Lord
And those who are fearful of the punishment of their Lord
And those who they are fearful of the punishment of their Lord;
And those who fear the displeasure of their Lord,
And those who fear the displeasure of their Lord,
إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمۡ غَیۡرُ مَأۡمُونࣲ ۝٢٨
none may feel wholly secure from it––
surely! The punishment of their Lord is that before which none can feel secure,
Verily the torment of their Lord is not a thing to feel secure from
Surely no one can be secure from the punishment of his Lord, -
Indeed, they have no assurance against the punishment of their Rabb!
(no one is safe from the punishment of his Lord);
(there is indeed no security from the punishment of their Lord
Indeed, their Lord’s punishment is that of which no one can ever feel secure
The fact is that the punishment of their Lord is not (a thing) to be felt secure from
(from their Lord's chastisement none feels secure
as indeed no one is safe from their Lord's punishment,
… do not want to be convicted by their Lord
For their Lord’s displeasure is unlike peace and tranquility
indeed, none can feel secure from their Lord’s punishment;
verily, the torment of their Lord is not safe;
Indeed the punishment of their Lord is not a thing to be unafraid of
For indeed none is deemed secure from the punishment of their Lord.
-- For there is none secure from the punishment of their Lord: -
Surely the displeasure of their Lord is a thing before which none can feel secure (or is the opposite of peace and tranquillity)
for none is secure from the punishment of their Lord
For there is none safe from the chastisement of their Lord
surely, the torment of their Nourisher-Sustainer (is) not an event that one may feel secure against it
Truly, as to the punishment of their Lord, there is no one who is safe from it.
Certainly your Lord’s displeasure is the opposite of calm.
- for none is secure from the punishment of their Lord
surely the chastisement of their Lord is a thing none can feel secure from
Surely the chastisement of their Lord is (a thing) not to be felt secure from -
the punishment of their Fosterer is certainly (something from which) one should not feel secure;
— There is indeed no security against punishment of their Lord —
Surely, the torment of their Lord is not a thing which should not be feared
The retribution of their Lord is not to be taken for granted
The retribution of their Lord is not to be taken for granted
The retribution of their Lord is not to be taken for granted.
That truly their Lord's torture (is) not trusted/safe
for, behold, of their Sustainer's chastisement none may ever feel [wholly] secure
Surely the torment of their Lord (leaves) none secure (Literally: other than to be secure)
Lo! the doom of their Lord is that before which none can feel secure
the punishment of their Lord is not something for them to feel secure of
__Indeed the torment of their Lord is not something to be fearless from._
Indeed, the chastisement of their Lord is a thing not to be ignored-
Indeed, None may feel (wholly) secure and indifferent to the torment of their Lord
For they know that none should feel secure from punishment of their Lord-
Which punishment may hit suddenly and be difficult to appease
their Lord’s punishment from which no one is safe
˹knowing that˺ none should feel secure from their Lord’s punishment—
For nobody is safe from the punishment of their Lord,
(for none is secure from the punishment of their Lord)
Their Lord's requital is not taken for granted.
They know not to take their Lord's punishment for granted.
They know not to take their Lord’s punishment for granted.
Surely, their Lord’s torment is unsecured.
----- (They know that) Verily, their Lord's Law of Requital makes no exceptions, so that none can feel secure
Surely the chastisement of their Lord is (a thing) not to be felt secure of-
Verily, from the punishment of their Lord none can feel secure
truly there is no security from the punishment of their Lord
Verily, their Lord’s displeasure is the opposite of peace and serenity:—
Their Lord’s punishment isn’t to be underestimated.
Their Lord's punishment is not to be taken for granted
Indeed, the punishment of their Lord is not that from which one is safe
Indeed, the punishment of their Lord is not that from which one is safe;
For their Lord's displeasure is the opposite of Peace and Tranquillity;
For their Lord's displeasure is the opposite of Peace and Tranquillity;
وَٱلَّذِینَ هُمۡ لِفُرُوجِهِمۡ حَـٰفِظُونَ ۝٢٩
who guard their chastit
those who guard their chastity (private parts from illegal sex),
And those who of their private parts are guards
And those who guard their sex except from their wives and women slaves of ol
They are those who guard their sexual organs from excessiveness.
those who guard their private parts
and those who guard their private part
And those who strictly guard their private parts, and their chastity and modesty
(Different as well is the case of) those who guard their private parts (by restraining their passions)
and guard their private part
and those who guard their private parts,
The patient ones are those who do not engage in sexual activities except…
And those who guard their chastity
and those who preserve their private parts,
and those who guard their private parts
And those who protect their private organs (from adultery)
And those who safeguard their chastity.
And who abstain from the carnal knowledg
And those who guard their chastity
who guard their private
And who control their desires
and those who: they, regarding their private sexual parts are protectors —
Those, they are ones who guard their private parts,
They guard their modesty.
and guard their private parts
and those who guard their private parts
And those who restrain their sexual passions
and those who guard their private parts
And those that guard their chastit
And those who safeguard their private parts
And those who conceal their private parts
And those who keep covered their private parts
And they maintain their chastity.
And those who to their genital parts (they are) protecting/guarding
and who are mindful of their chastity
And they are the ones who preserve their private parts
And those who preserve their chastit
who guard their carnal desire
and those who guard their private parts
And those who guard their chastity,
(Successful are) those who rein in their sexuality
And those who guard their chastity
e. Who guard their purity and refrain from unlawful congress
Who guard their sexual purity,
and those who guard their chastity
And who guard their chastity,
who restrain their carnal desir
They keep their chastity.
Those who guard their chastity,
Those who guard their chastity,
And those who are for their genitalia conservers.
----- Those men and women who preserve their chastity
And those who guard their private parts
And those who guard their private parts
those who guard their private parts
And those who guard their chastity (and sexuality)
And those who guard their purity.
And those who guard their chastity
And those who guard their private part
And those who they are guardians to their private parts,
And those who guard their chastity
And those who guard their chastity
إِلَّا عَلَىٰۤ أَزۡوَ ٰجِهِمۡ أَوۡ مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَیۡمَـٰنُهُمۡ فَإِنَّهُمۡ غَیۡرُ مَلُومِینَ ۝٣٠
from all but their spouses or their slave-girls––there is no blame attached to [relations with] these
except with their wives or those whom their right hands possess so they are not to be blamed.
Save in regard to their spouses or those whom their right hands own; so verily they are not blameworthy
Are free of blame
Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for which they are not to be blamed.
except from their wives and any slaves they own, in which case they incur no blame,
(except from their spouses and their slave women, for then they are not blameworthy
Save from their spouses or (as a permission for men) those (bondsmaids) whom their right hands possess, for with regard to them they are free from blame
Except from their (free) wives or those (wives of theirs) whom their right hands own (- slave wives), for which they are not to blame
save from their wives and what their right hands own, then not being blameworth
except from their spouses or what their right hands own as indeed they are blameless
… with their wives and the ones that God has approved for them
Except with their spouses and those that their right hands possess, for they are not to be blamed
except from their spouses or those whom they rightfully possess—for then they are indeed not blameworthy.
except for their wives or the (slave girls) whom their right hands possess, for they are not to be blamed
Except with their wives and the bondwomen in their possession, for there is no reproach on them
Except to their spouses or to those that their right hands possess, for then indeed they are not to be blamed.
of women other than their wives, or the slaves which their right hands possess; -- for as to them they shall be blameless
Except in the case of their wives or those whom their right hands possess - for on these surely is no blame
except from their wives and what their right hands own, for these they are not blameworthy
(Save with their wives or the slaves whom their right hands have won, for there they shall be blameless
except unto their wives or ma-malakat-aimanuhum (the women who are given in guardianship of adult males as their wives under a document prepared by the Muslim state) — then surely they are unblamed people
but not from their spouses or what their right hands possessed. Truly, they are not ones who will be reproached.
The exception is with their spouses and their wards. With them, they have no blame.
except from their wives and those whom their right hands possess, for in their case they are not blameworthy
except in regard to their spouses and those whom their right hands possess, for in regard to them they are not reproachable
Except in the presence of their mates or those whom their right hands possess -- for such surely are not to be blamed
except from their wives or whom their right hands possess, so in their case they are not to be blamed,
Except from their spouses or from those whom they rightfully possess. For indulging in sex with them, they are, of course, not to be blamed
Except from their wives or the female slaves they possess. So (in this) there is no blame on them
Except around their spouses or those committed to by oath, there is no blame
Except around their spouses or those maintained by their oaths, there is no blame
Except around their spouses or those in the care of their oaths, there is no blame.
Except on (for) their spouses and what their rights owned/possessed (i.e.: care-givers of the sick, elderly and disabled under contract), so then they are not blameworthy/blamed
[not giving way to their desires] with any but their spouses - that is, those whom they rightfully possess [through wedlock] -: for then, behold, they are free of all blame
Except with their spouses or what their right hands possess; then surely they are not blameworthy (Literally: other than being blameworthy)
Save with their wives and those whom their right hands possess, for thus they are not blameworthy
except from their wives and slave girls, in which case they are not to be blamed
except from their wives and those (slave-girls) owned by their hands,__ because they are not to be blamed
Except from their wives and those whom their right hands possess, in such a case they are not blameworthy,
Except with their spouses _ those whom their right hands possess; because then, they are not blameworthy
Except from their wives and those whom their right hands possess, in such a case they are free from blame-
Except with their wives and with those of the captives in their hands; an act being then holy and incurs no blame
except from their spouses, or their slave maids; for that they can’t be blamed.
except with their wives or those ˹bondwomen˺ in their possession, for then they are free from blame,
Except with regard to their partners or those in their possession, for then they are not to blame.
(save with their wives and slave-girls, for with these they are blameless
(They have relations) only with their spouses, or what is legally theirs
except from their spouses and from those whom their right hands hold in trust, are free of blame.
except from their spouses and from those whom their right hands hold in trust, are free of blame.
Except upon their spouses or what their right hands possess, so they are not blamed.
----- They have intimate relations only with their spouses - that is, those who are rightfully theirs through wedlock. For such relationship they are free of blame. ('Aw' = Or = That is = And. (23:5-7))
Except in the case of their wives or those whom their right hands possess-- for these surely are not to be blamed
Except from their wives and from those whom their right hands possess; such indeed, are not to blame
save from their spouses or those whom their right hands possess, for then they are not blameworthy
Except from their wives and the (captive) whom their right hand possess— For (them), they are not to be blameworthy

Except from their spouses or those living under their control, for then they are free of blame
Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed
Except for their spouses or what their right hands possess, then indeed, they are not blameworthy;
Except with their wives and the (captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (then) they are not to be blamed
Except with their wives and the (captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (then) they are not to be blamed
فَمَنِ ٱبۡتَغَىٰ وَرَاۤءَ ذَ ٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡعَادُونَ ۝٣١
but those whose desires exceed this limit are truly transgressors––
But those who seek to go beyond this, then it is those who are transgressors.
And whosoever seeketh beyond that, then it is those who are the trespasser
But those who seek more than this will be transgressors
But those who desire more than this, they are the very transgressors!
but if anyone desires any more than that, they have overstepped the limits;
but whoever seeks beyond that —it is they who are the transgressors
But whoever seeks beyond that, such are those who exceed the bounds (set by God)
But it is those who seek (to satisfy their lust) in any other way excepting that (of marriage) that are the transgressors
(but whoso seeks after more than that, they are the transgressors)
and anyone who looks for (anything) beyond this then they are of those exceeding the limits,
Those who look for sex outside what God has permitted them are indeed sinners
But those who trespass beyond this are transgressors
But whoever seeks to go beyond that, then those are the transgressors;
but whoso craves beyond this, they are the transgressors
So those who desire more than this – it is they who are the transgressors
But any who seeks to go beyond that, truly they are the transgressors.
but whoever coveteth any woman besides these, they are transgressors: -
But he who seeks to go beyond this, these it is that transgress beyond bounds
But whosoever seeks beyond that, they are the transgressors
But whoever indulge their desires beyond this are transgressors)
But whosoever sought beyond that then those people: they very ones are those who break the limits
But whoever was looking beyond that, those, they are ones who turn away.
Those who go beyond this are sinners.
As for those who seek to go beyond this, they are transgressors
but any who seeks to go beyond that, it is indeed they who are the transgressors
But he who seeks to go beyond this, these are the transgressors
but whoever seeks (something) beyond that, then those are the persons who are transgressors;
But whoever seeks to go beyond that — those are the ones that go beyond limits
But he who looks for more than that, then it is they who transgress the limits
Then, whoever seeks anything beyond this, they are the transgressors
Whoever seeks anything beyond this, they are the transgressors
Whoever seeks anything beyond this, they are the transgressors.
So who desired/wished beyond that, so those, they are the transgressors/violators
whereas such as seek to go beyond that [limit] are truly transgressors
Yet, whoever inequitably seeks (anything) beyond that, then those are the ones who are the aggressors
But whoso seeketh more than that, those are they who are transgressors
but whoever goes beyond this is a transgressor
but the one who seeks (sexual gratification) beyond that, then such people are the transgressors,_
But whoever goes beyond this is a transgressor;
While those seeking anything beyond that are really the transgressors
But those who go beyond this are the transgressors-
And who so goes beyond, then such persons are fornicators who have transgressed the commandment of Allah
But those whose lustful desires go beyond that, they are the transgressors.
but whoever seeks beyond that are the transgressors.
Then if anyone desires beyond that, then those exceed the limits.
transgressors are those who lust after other than these)
anyone who transgresses these limits is a sinner.
But whoever seeks beyond that, they are transgressors.
But whoever seeks beyond that, they are transgressors.
So, whoever sought beyond that, so those are the transgressors.
But anyone who seeks beyond this, those are the transgressors
But he who seeks to go beyond this, these it is that go beyond the limits-
But those who seek to go beyond that, it is these who are transgressors
but whosoever seeks beyond that, they are the transgressors
But those who go beyond this are transgressors—
But those who seek anything beyond that are the trespassers.
But whoever seeks to go beyond that—these are the transgressors
But whoever seeks beyond that, then they are the transgressors
Then whoever seeks beyond that, then those, they are the transgressors;
But those who trespass beyond this are transgressors;
But those who trespass beyond this are transgressors;
وَٱلَّذِینَ هُمۡ لِأَمَـٰنَـٰتِهِمۡ وَعَهۡدِهِمۡ رَ ٰعُونَ ۝٣٢
who are faithful to their trusts and their pledges
And those who keep their trusts and their covenants,
And those who of their trusts and their covenant are keepers
And those who fulfil their trusts and covenants
They are those who are faithful to their trusts (entrusted upon man) and to their pledges (which they have given to Allah).
those who honour their trusts and contracts;
and those who keep their trusts and covenants
And those who are faithful to their trusts (which either God or society or an individual places in their charge) and to their pledges (between them and God or other persons or society)
And (different also is the case of) those persons who are watchful of their trusts and their covenants
and who preserve their trusts and their covenant
and those who observe their trusts and their promise
The patient ones are the one who respect their words,…
And those who respect their trusts and covenants
and those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenant;
and those who observe their trusts and their compacts
And those who protect the property entrusted to them, and their agreements
And those who look after their trusts and their covenants.
And those who faithfully keep what they are intrusted with, and their covenant
And those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenan
(Those) who keep their trusts and their covenant
And who are true to their trusts and their engagements
And those: they, regarding the trusts with them, and promises with them, (behave as) those who implement with responsibility
And those, they who in their trusts and to their compacts are ones who shepherd.
(The believers) honor their contracts and promises.
Those who keep their trusts and honor their promises
and those who fulfil their trusts and their covenants
And those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenant
and those who are faithful to their trusts and their agreements;
And [among those who are not impatient are] those who are true to their trusts and who keep their word
And those who safeguard their trusts and promises
And those who are trustworthy and keep their pledges
And those who look after what they have been entrusted to and to their pledges
And they are trustworthy and keep their pledges.
And those who, to their deposits/securities and their promise/contracts , (they are) protecting/observing
and who are faithful to their trusts and to their pledges
And they (The thought continues from verse 29) are the ones who pay heed (i.e., rightly observe) to their deposits and their covenant
And those who keep their pledges and their covenant
who honor their trust and promises
and those who are careful about their trusts and covenants
And those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenant,
(Successful are) those who discharged their trusts faithfully, and honor their pledges
And those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenant,
f. Who honour their trusts, and their promises they keep
Who fulfil their trusts and promises,
˹The faithful are˺ also those who are true to their trusts and covenants;
And who look after their trust and agreements,
who keep their trusts and promise
And the believers keep their word; they are trustworthy.
Those who honor their trusts and pledges
Those who honor their trusts and covenant
And those who are for their entrusts and promises, considerers.
----- (And Musalleen are those) who guard their trusts and duties assigned to them, and their pledges, as a shepherd guards his flock
And those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenan
And those who are watchful of their trusts and their covenants
those who abide by their trusts and their pact
And those who respect their trusts and covenants
And those who keep to their trusts and covenants.
And those who honor their trusts and their pledges
And those who are to their trusts and promises attentiv
And those who they are observers of their trusts and their promise,
And those who respect their trusts and covenants
And those who respect their trusts and covenants
وَٱلَّذِینَ هُم بِشَهَـٰدَ ٰتِهِمۡ قَاۤىِٕمُونَ ۝٣٣
who give honest testimon
and those who stand firm in their testimonies
And those who stand firm in their testimonies
Who uphold their testimonies
And who stand by their testimony. (A reference to verse 3:18.)
those who stand by their testimony;
and those who are observant of their testimonies
And those who are upholders (of right and justice) by bearing true witness and without avoiding giving testimony
And those who are upright in their evidences (and bear true testimony)
and perform their witnessings
and those who are upstanding in their testimony
… are trustworthy and truthful in their testimony
And those who stand firm in their testimonies
and those who stand by their testimonies;
and those who are upright in their testimonies
And those who are firm upon their testimonies
And those who stand upright for their witnesses.
and who are upright in their testimonies
And those who are upright in their testimonies
and standby their witnessing
And who witness uprightly
and those — they stand firm on their testimonies (till the judgment in the case)
And those, they who, giving their testimony, are ones who uphold.
They are firm in their testimonies.
who stand firm in their testimonie
and those who are upright in their testimonies
And those who are upright in their testimonies
and those who stand firm on their testimonies;
And those who firmly stand by their testimonie
And those who stand firm on their testimonies
And those who uphold their testimonies
And those who uphold their testimonies
And they uphold their testimonies.
And those who, they are with their testimonies (they are) taking care of
and who stand firm whenever they bear witness
And they are the ones who keep up their testimonies
And those who stand by their testimon
who testify to what they have witnessed
and those who are upright in their testimonies
Those who act uprightly in their testimonies,
And when they bear witness, they stand firm (and are truthful)
And those who stand firm in their testimonies;
Whose testimonies are credited and their attestation is a witness of their honour
who give honest testimonies,
and who are honest in their testimony;
And who uphold their testimony,
and bear true witness
Their testimony is truthful.
and those who stand by their testimonies
and those who stand by their testimonies
And those who are by their witnessing, standing.
----- And those who are truthful in witness and stand by their testimony
And those who are upright in their testimonies
And those who are upright in their testimonies
who uphold their testimony
And those who stand firm in their testimonies
And those who stand by their testimonies.
And those who stand by their testimonies
And those who are in their testimonies uprigh
And those who they stand with their testimonies,
And those who stand firm in their testimonies
And those who stand firm in their testimonies
وَٱلَّذِینَ هُمۡ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمۡ یُحَافِظُونَ ۝٣٤
and are steadfast in their prayers
and those who guard their prayers well
And those who of their prayer are observant
And those who are mindful of their moral obligations
And who are steadfast in their salats (maintain their state of constant introspective turning to Allah, their essence).
those who safeguard their salat;
and those who are watchful of their prayers
And those who safeguard their Prayers (including all the rites of which they are constituted)
And those persons who are strict in the observance of their Prayers
and who observe their prayers
and those who guard their mandatory prayer,
Those who have overcome their impatient nature are the one who regularly worship God and…
And those who guard their worship
and those who preserve their prayers—
and those who keep their prayers
And those who protect their prayers
And those who take good care of their prayers.
and who carefully observe the requisite rites in their prayers
And those who keep guard (the sacredness of) their worship
and who are constant in their prayers
And who keep strictly the hours of prayer
and those — they, over their Prayers act as guards
And those, they who over their formal prayers are watchful.
They are attentive in worship.
and strictly guard their Salah (prayers)
and who take due care of their Prayer
And those who keep a guard on their prayer
and those who are custodians of their worship (salat).
And those who guard their prayer.h
And those who safeguard their Prayers
And those who are dedicated to their contact-method
And those who maintain their contact prayer
And they maintain their indoctrination.
And those who, they are on their prayers (they are) protecting/observing
and who guard their prayers [from all worldly intent]
And they are the ones who (strictly) preserve their prayer
And those who are attentive at their worship
and (finally) those who do not miss their ritual - prayers at the prescribed times
and those who take due care of their Salah
And those who always maintain their prayer.
Those who perform their ´salat´ devotedly and diligently
And those who always maintain their prayer.
g. who perform their prayers at the authoritatively determined time and- observe the prayer's sacred rites and solemnities
who are focused and regular in their prayers.
and who are ˹properly˺ observant of their prayers.
And who guard their prayers,
and who attend to their prayers with promptitude
They consistently observe their contact prayers (Salat) on time.
and those who maintain their prayer with dedication:
and those who maintain their prayer with dedication:
And those who are keeping upon their prayers.
----- And those who consolidate and protect the Divine System
And those who keep a guard on their prayer
And those who are strict in the observance of their Prayer
and who are mindful of their prayers
And those who safeguard (the sacredness) of their worship—
And those who are diligent in their prayers.
And those who are dedicated to their prayers
And those who [carefully] maintain their prayer
And those who they guard over their prayers.
And those who guard (the sacredness) of their worship;
And those who guard (the sacredness) of their worship;
أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ فِی جَنَّـٰتࣲ مُّكۡرَمُونَ ۝٣٥
They will be honoured in Gardens of bliss
it is they who will be in the gardens (Paradise) with honor.
Those shall dwell in Gardens, honoured
They will live in gardens with honour
And who will be honored in Paradises.
such people will be in Gardens, highly honoured.
They will be in gardens, held in honour
Those will be in Gardens, high-honored
All these (mentioned above) shall be dwelling in Gardens, honoured and treated generously
Those shall be in Gardens, high-honoured
they are the honored ones in gardens.
…. will live in the gardens of Paradise with honor
These will be the honored ones in the gardens
those are honored in Gardens (of Paradise).
these shall dwell in gardens honoured
It is these who will be honoured in Gardens
It is they who are going to be honored with grace in gardens.
These shall dwell amidst gardens, highly honoured
Those shall be in Gardens, honoured
Those are highly honored in the Gardens
These shall dwell, laden with honours, amid gardens
such a people would dwell in the Gardens (of Paradise) as honoured people
Those will be in Gardens, ones who are honored.
These will be honored in gardens.
It is they who shall live with honor in paradise
all these shall live honourably in the Gardens
These are in Gardens, honoured
They will be honoured in gardens.
All those shall be the honoured ones in Gardens of Paradise
It is they who will enjoy great honour and respect in the Gardens
They will be honoured in paradises
They will be honored in gardens
They will be honored in gardens.
Those are in treed gardens/paradises honoured
These it is who in the gardens [of paradise] shall be honoured
Those will be in Gardens, high-honored
These will dwell in Gardens, honoured
such people will receive due honor in Paradise
Those will be honoured in gardens (of Jannah )
These will settle in Gardens, honored.
Such (righteous) ones would be honored in paradise
These will be highly honored in the Garden of Bliss
These and such persons shall be honoured in Gardens of surpassing beauty featuring a state of supreme bliss and supreme felicity
They will be honoured in delightful gardens
These will be in Gardens, held in honour.
They will be honoured in gardens.
These shall be laden with honours, in fair Gardens
They have deserved a position of honor in Paradise.
those will be honored in Gardens.

Those are honored in Paradises.
----- (Musalleen are the ones who collectively build it on earth and) inherit the Paradise in the Hereafter. Such are the honored ones
Those shall be in gardens, honored
These will be in the Gardens, duly honoured

Such will be the honored ones in the Gardens (of Joy)
These will be in Gardens, honored.

فَمَالِ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ قِبَلَكَ مُهۡطِعِینَ ۝٣٦
What is wrong with the disbelievers? Why do they rush to peer at you [Prophet]
So what is the matter with the disbelievers that they hasten to listen from you (O Muhammad),
What aileth those who disbelieve, toward thee hastening
What is the matter with unbelievers that they stare at you with fixed gazes and hasten towards yo
What is the matter with those who deny the knowledge of the reality that they rush bewildered toward you?
What is the matter with those who are kafir? They run about in front of you, with outstretched necks and staring eyes,
What is the matter with the faithless that they scramble toward yo
What is the matter with those who disbelieve, that (with the intent of mockery) they hasten on toward you with staring eyes fixed on you
What is wrong with those who disbelieve that they come running headlong towards you
What ails the unbelievers, running with outstretched neck
So, what is with those who disbelieve, rushing (and staring) toward you
O’ Mohammad what is wrong with these disbelievers who…
Now what is the matter with the unbelievers that they rush madly before you
So what is with those who have denied, craning their necks towards yousg,
What ails the misbelievers that they hurry on before thee
So what is the matter with these disbelievers, that they stare at you (O dear Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him)
Then what is the matter with those who disbelieve that they scurry in front of you?
What aileth the unbelievers, that they run before the
But what ails those who disbelieve that they rush around you (Muhammad) open-eyed (in mock amazement)
But what is the matter with the unbelievers, that they strain their glances continuously towards them
But what hath come to the unbelievers that they run at full stretch around thee
Then what (is the matter) with those who have disbelieved; in front of you they are those who swiftly move hither and thither (without paying attention to the teachings you propagate)
What is with those who were ungrateful—ones who run forward towards thee, eyes fixed in horror,
[Sarcastically:] What is wrong with the unbelievers that they are making a mad dash before you?
What is the matter with the disbelievers that they are rushing towards you
But what is the matter with the unbelievers who are hurrying towards yo
But what is the matter with those who disbelieve, that they hasten on to thee
So what is the matter with those who do not believe that they rush towards you
And what is the matter with those that suppress the Truth that they rush to yo
So what is the matter with the disbelievers that they are coming towards you running
So what is wrong with the rejecters staring at yo
So what is wrong with the rejecters staring at you
So what is wrong with the rejecters staring at you?
So why (is it) those who disbelieved (are) coming, rushing in fear towards/in front of you
WHAT, THEN, is amiss with such as are bent on denying the truth, that they run about confusedly to and fro before thee
So, for what (reason) are the ones who have disbelieved (hurrying with heads) protruding, facing you
What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed
What is wrong with the disbelievers who roam around you (Muhammad)
So what has happened to those who disbelieve that they are rushing towards yo
But what is the matter with those who lack faith in Allâh that they rush madly before you
So what is wrong with the unbelievers? Why do they run towards you
What is the matter with the those who persistently refuse to yield to the Truth, that they rush towards you with outstretched necks
What an incorrect notion and an unfavourable judgement these Pagans have, that without concern they rush to hear you O Muhammad and refuse to acknowledge the Divine truth and they ignore the voice from heaven;, unwilling to comprehend
What is the matter with the disbelievers? They all stare at you Prophet,
So what is the matter with the disbelievers that they rush ˹head-long˺ towards you ˹O Prophet˺,
So what is the matter with those who reject (the truth) that they run towards you,
But what has befallen the unbelievers, that they scramble towards yo
What is keeping those who disbelieved from joining you?
So what is [the matter] with the unbelievers? They run about in front of you in groups, with outstretched necks and staring eyes,
So, what is [the matter] with the unbelievers? They run about in front of you in groups, with outstretched necks and staring eyes,
So what is the matter with those who disbelieved before you, racing ahead.
What, then, is the matter with the rejecters that they rush to and fro before you, confused? (Instead of joining hands)
But what is the matter with those who disbelieve that they hasten on around you
But what is the matter with those who disbelieve that they come hurrying on towards thee
So how is it that those who disbelieve scramble toward the
So, what is the matter with the unbelievers that they rush madly before you—
So, why do these unbelievers suddenly rush towards you, from every direction?
What is with those who disbelieve, stretching their necks towards you
So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muhammad]
So what ails those who disbelieve, hurrying before you,
Now what is the matter with the Unbelievers that they rush madly before thee
Now what is the matter with the Unbelievers that they rush madly before thee
عَنِ ٱلۡیَمِینِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ عِزِینَ ۝٣٧
from right and left, in crowds
sitting in groups on the right and on the left (of you, O Muhammad)?
On the right and on the left, in companies
In crowds, right and left
From the right and from the left, in groups!
on the right and on the left in scattered groups!
from the left and the right in batches
From the right and from the left, in crowds
From the right hand and from the left (- from all directions) in various parties
towards thee on the right hand and on the left hand in knots
from the right and from the left, in groups?
… rush in toward you from every side to mock at you
From the right and from the left, in crowds
from the right and from the left, banding together?
crowding together on the right and on the left
From the right and the left, in groups
In throngs from the right and from the left.
in companies, on the right hand and on the left
On the right hand and on the left, in sundry groups
on the right and on the left in groups
On the right hand and on the left, in bands
from the right (side) and from the left side in splinter groups
to the right and the left, tied in knots.
[What is wrong that they come] in crowds, from the right and left?
from the right and from the left, in groups
in crowds, both on the right and on the left
On the right hand and on the left, in sundry parties
from your right and from your left, in groups?
From the right and from the left, in groups
From the right as well as the left, in groups
From the right and the left, in crowd
From the right and the left, in crowds
From the right and the left, in crowds?
Groups of people/relations from the right (side), and from the left (side)
[coming upon thee] from the right and from the left, in crowds
On the right and on the left in sundry batches
On the right and on the left, in groups
left and right, in numerous groups
from the right and from the left, in groups
From the right and from the left, in crowds?
(They are ever so ready to denounce you) in groups, on the right and on the left
And staring eyes from the right and from the left in scattered groups?!
They disperse right and left in inordinate self-esteem
from the right and the left.
from the right and the left, in groups ˹to mock you˺?
In scattered groups from the right and the left?
in multitudes from right and left
To the right, and to the left, they flee.
from the right, and from the left.
from the right, and from the left.
About the right, and about the left, sporadic groups?
On the right and on the left, in groups
On the right hand and on the left, in sundry parties
From the right hand and from the left, in different parties
from the right and from the left in droves
From the right and from the left in crowds
From the right and from the left, in droves?
From the right, and from the left, banding together
[To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups
From the right and from the left, in groups?
From the right and from the left, in crowds
From the right and from the left, in crowds
أَیَطۡمَعُ كُلُّ ٱمۡرِىࣲٕ مِّنۡهُمۡ أَن یُدۡخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِیمࣲ ۝٣٨
Does every one of them expect to enter a Garden of bliss
Does every one of them seek to enter the Paradise of delight?
Coveteth every man of them, that he shall enter the Garden of Delight
Does every one of them wish to enter the garden of tranquility
Do they hope to enter the Paradise of Bliss?
Does each one of them aspire to be admitted into a Garden of Delight?
Does each man among them hope to enter the garden of bliss
Does every one of them covet admission into the Garden of bounty and blessing (regarding himself as supremely deserving Paradise without the effort of faith)
Does each and every one of them covet to be admitted to the Garden of Bliss
What, is every man of them eager to be admitted to a Garden of Bliss
Does every one of them expect to enter a garden of delight?
How can they even think about being admitted to paradise
Does every person among them long to enter the garden of bliss
Does every one of them ardently hope to be entered into a Garden of Bliss?
Does every man of them wish to enter the garden of pleasure
Does every man among them aspire to be admitted into the Garden of serenity
Does every individual among them wish to be entered into garden of bliss?
Doth every man of them wish to enter into a garden of delight
Does every man of them desire that he should be made to enter the Garden of Bliss
What, is every one of them eager to be admitted to the Garden of Bliss
Is it that every man of them would fain enter that garden of delights
Does every man of them wish that he may be allowed entry in the Garden of delight
Is not every man of them desirous of being caused to enter into a Garden of Bliss?
Does everyone long to enter the garden of bliss?
Are they each seeking to enter the garden of bliss
Does everyone of them wish to enter the Garden of Bliss
Does every man of them desire to be admitted to the Garden of bliss
Does every man among them hope that he will be made to enter the garden of bliss?
Does everyone of them hope to enter the Garden of Bliss [by following one's own man- made thought]
Does every one of them hope that he may be admitted to the Garden of Bliss (without faith and deeds)
Does every one of them hope to enter a paradise of blis
Does every one of them hope to enter a garden of bliss
Does every one of them hope to enter a garden of bliss?
Does every/each human from them wish/covet that (E) he enters a treed garden/paradise (of) comfort and ease
Does every one of them hope to enter [by this means] a garden of bliss
Does every person of them long to be made to enter a Garden of Bliss
Doth every man among them hope to enter the Garden of Delight
Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise
Does every one of them aspire to be admitted to the garden of bliss
Does every one of them hope to enter the Paradise of Bliss?
Does every man among them aspire to enter the blessings filled paradise
Does every one of them hope to be admitted to the Paradise of Bliss?
Do they really expect to take their abode in the Gardens of bliss, and enter into the joy of their Creator! Then they are staking their very lives on some dark hope
Does each one of them expect to be admitted into a Garden of Delight?
Does every one of them expect to be admitted into a Garden of Bliss?
Does every one of them hope to enter a garden of blessings?
Are they each seeking to enter a Garden of Delight
How can any of them expect to enter the blissful Paradise?
Does each one of them aspire to enter the Garden of Delight?
Does each one of them aspire to enter the Garden of Delight?
Is every person from them coveting to enter Bliss Paradise?
Does everyone of them hope to enter the Garden of Bliss with this attitude
Does every man of them desire that he should be made to enter the garden of bliss
Does every man among them hope to enter the Garden of Bliss
Does every man among them desire to be admitted into a Garden of bliss
Does every man from them wish to enter the Paradise (and the Garden of Joy)
Does each one of them aspire to be admitted into a Garden of Bliss?
Is every one of them aspiring to be admitted into a Garden of Bliss
Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure
Does every man among them desire that he enters a garden of pleasure?
Does every man of them long to enter the Garden of Bliss
Does every man of them long to enter the Garden of Bliss
كَلَّاۤۖ إِنَّا خَلَقۡنَـٰهُم مِّمَّا یَعۡلَمُونَ ۝٣٩
No! We created them from the substance they know
But nay! Surely, We have created them out of that which they (disbelievers) know.
By no means! veriiy We! We have created them from that which they know
Never so. We have created them from what they know
No, never! Indeed, We created them from that which they know (sperm)!
Certainly not! We created them from what they know full well.
Never! Indeed We created them from what they know
By no means! We have surely created them out of that (simple matter) which they know very well
No (never shall they enter it). We have created them for that substantial purpose (the worth of) which they know (- to discharge their obligations to God and mankind and to themselves)
Not so; for We have created them of what they know
No way, indeed We created them from what they know.
Indeed they dream on; they themselves know their true nature
By no means, for We have created them from what they know
But no! Indeed, We created them from what they know.
Nay, we created them of what they know
Never! We have indeed created them from a thing they know
Not at all! We indeed have created them out of that which they know.
By no means: Verily We have created them of that which they know
By no means! Surely We have created them of what they know (earth and spirit)
Not at all, for We have created them of what they know
Not at all. We have created them, they know of what
By no means! Verily We, We created them out of that which they know
No indeed. Truly, We created them out of what they know.
No! Indeed, We have created them from what they know.
By no means! Surely, We have created them out of that what they (unbelievers) know
By no means! They know that which We have created them from
By no means! Surely We have created them for what they know
By no means ! they know (the thing) from which We created them.
No, not at all! They know what We have created them from
Certainly not! Surely, We have created them from a substance which they (also) know
No, We have created them from what they know
No, We have created them from what they know
No, We have created them from what they know.
No but that We created them from what they know
Never! For, behold, We have created them out of something that they know [only too well]
Not at all! Surely We created them of what they know
Nay, verily. Lo! We created them from what they know
By no means! For they know very well out of what We have created them (The human being's naturally growing from a living germ, without discipline and good deeds will not result in virtue)
By no means! We have created them from what they know
Nay, indeed, We have created them out of what they know.
No, of course not! We have created them out of (base) matter that they know (and are familiar with)
Nay, indeed, We have created them out of what they know.
Never, but Hell shall be the place where they make abode, and their permanent residency shall be in abodes of pain. We created them from an insignificant fluid and raised them from dust which they very well know
That will never happen; We created them from something they know.
But no! Indeed, they ˹already˺ know what We created them from.
But no, We created them from what they know.
No! Of what We created them they know full well
Never; we created them, and they know from what.
Never! We have created them from that which they well know.
Never! We have created them from that which they well know.
Nay, surely, We created them from what they know.
Nay! Verily, they know full well what potentials We created them with
By no means! Surely We have created them of what they know
Never ! WE have created them of that which they know
Nay! Truly We created them from that which they know
Definitely no! Verily, We have created them out of the (base matter) they know
No indeed! We created them from what they know.
No indeed! We created them from what they know
No! Indeed, We have created them from that which they know
Not so, indeed We, We created them of what they know.
By no means! For We have created them out of the (base matter) they know
By no means! For We have created them out of the (base matter) they know
فَلَاۤ أُقۡسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡمَشَـٰرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغَـٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَـٰدِرُونَ ۝٤٠
and, by the Lord of every sunrise and sunset, We have the powe
So, I (Muhammad) swear by the Lord of all points of sunrise in the east and sunset in the west that surely We are Able (to destroy them
I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests, that, vierly We are Able
So I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We are certainly abl
By the Rabb of the easts and the wests, We are indeed powerful over all things!
No! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and Wests that We have the power
So I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We are abl
So, I swear by the Lord of the points of sunrise and sunset, that surely We are abl
But nay! I call to witness the Lord of the easts and the wests. We are certainly Powerfu
No! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and Wests, surely We are abl
So, I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We are certainly able
Your Lord solemnly swears that as He is able to make the stars to rise and to die,…
No, I call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West. That We can certainly
So I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We are surely able
And I need not swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests; verily, we are abl
So I swear by the Lord of every East and every West, that We are indeed Able
I do swear by the Lord of the easts and of the wests, truly We certainly have the power.
I swear by the Lord of the east and of the west, that We are able to destroy them
But nay! I swear by (or call to witness) the Lord of all points of the rising and setting places East and West that We are certainly Abl
No, I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We have the abilit
It needs not that I swear by the Lord of the East and of the West that we have power
So nay! I (i.e., Allah) bring as Witness the Rabb (Nourisher-Sustainer) of the easts and the wests. Surely We are, indeed, All-Capable Ones —
So I swear an oath by the Lord of the rising places and the setting places, that We certainly are ones who have power
Now I do call to witness the Lord of All Risings and Settings that We can certainly…
But nay! I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests, that We have the powe
I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We have the powe
But nay! I swear by the Lord of the Eastern lands and the Western lands! that We are certainly Powerfu
So I do swear by the Fosterer of the rising places/times and setting places/times (of the sun), that We are certainly able
By no means [can they enter the Garden of Bliss!] I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We certainly are capabl
So I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that surely We have Absolute Power
So I swear by the Lord of the east and the west that We are able
So I do swear by the Lord of the east and the west, that We are able
So I do swear by the Lord of the east and the west, that We are able.
So I do not swear/make oath with the sun rises'/easts' , and the sunsets'/wests' Lord, that We are capable/able (E)
But nay! I call to witness [Our being] the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise and sunset: verily, well able are W
Yet no, I swear by The Lord of the easts and the wests; surely We are indeed (the) Determiners
But nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are Abl
I do not need to swear by the Lord of the eastern and western regions that We have certainly all the powe
So, I swear by the Lord of the points of sunrise and those of sunset, We are powerfu
But nay! I swear by the Lord of the eastern and western regions that We are certainly able
Certainly not! I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests, that We are indeed capable
But nay! I swear by the Lord of the Eastern and Western regions that We are surely able
I swear by the Creator of all eastern cardinal points near which the sun rises in its apparent passage through the signs of the Zodiac and the Creator of all the western cardinal points lying opposite those in the east and near which the sun sets, that We are able to effect any changes at will
So I swear by the Lord of the Eastern and the Western horizons, indeed We are fully capable
So, I do swear by the Lord of ˹all˺ the points of sunrise and sunset that We are truly capable
But I swear by the Lord of the sunrises and sunsets that we are able,
I swear by the Lord of the easts and of the wests that We have the powe
I solemnly swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests; we are able -
So I swear by the Lord of all risings and settings that We are able
So I swear by the Lord of all risings and settings that We are able
So, no, I swear by the Easts’ Lord and the Wests, surely, We are able.
But nay! I call to Witness the Lord of all points in the East and all points in the West, behold, We are Able
But nay! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We are certainly abl
But nay ! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and of the Wests that WE have the powe
So I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We are abl
But now, I swear by the Lord of (every point in) the Easts' and the Wests' that We can certainly—
By the Lord of the sunrises and the sunsets, We are capable.
I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests, that We are Able
So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are abl
And nay, I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests; indeed, We are surely able
Now I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly
Now I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly
عَلَىٰۤ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَیۡرࣰا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِینَ ۝٤١
to substitute for them others better than they are- nothing can prevent Us from doing this
and can replace them by others better than them; and We are not to be outrun.
To replace them by others better than they; and We are not to be outrun
To bring better people than they in their place; and they will not be able to thwart Us
To replace them with those better than them... We are the irrepressible power!
to replace them with something better than them. We will not be outstripped.
to replace them by [others] better than them and We are not to be outmaneuvered
To replace them with (others) better than them (in respect of faith in God and in their worship of Him), and We are not to be frustrated (in doing what We will)
To change (them into) better beings than they are and that We can never be frustrated (in Our purpose)
to substitute a better than they; We shall not be outstripped
to substitute (them with) better than them, and We are not incapable (and cannot be stopped from doing that).
…. He is able to replace them by better creatures
Substitute for them better people than them. And We will not be defeated
to replace them with better than them, and We cannot be outstripped.
to change them for others better, nor are we prevented
To replace them by those better than them; and none can escape from Us
To replace them with ones better than them and We are not going to be outstripped.
and to substitute better than them in their room; neither are We to be prevented, if We shall please so to do
To replace them with others better than them, and We shall not be overcome
to exchange them with others better than they; nothing can outstrip Us
To replace them with better than themselves: neither are we to be hindered
over (this) that We replace (them by people) better than them; and We are not those who are outrun
to substitute better for them. And We are not ones who are outrun.
…substitute for them better than they. We are not to be defeated.
to destroy them and replace them with others better than them, and nothing can hinder Us from doing so
to replace them by others who would be better than they; and We shall certainly not be overpowered
To bring in their place (others) better than them, and We shall not be overcome
to replace (them by others) better than them and We are not to be overcome.
Of replacing them by others better than they. And nothing can hinder Us
To replace them with people better than them and We are not at all incapable (of doing it)
To replace them with better people, We can never be defeated
To replace them with better people, We can never be defeated
To replace them with better people; and nothing can stop Us.
On that (E) We exchange/replace better than them, and We are not with being raced/preceded
to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will]
To exchange a more charitable (i.e., better) (people) instead of them, and in no way will We ever be outstripped
To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun
to replace them by a better people and none can challenge Our power
to bring those better than them in their place, and We are not to be frustrated
To replace them by others better than them. We are not to be outrun.
Of replacing them with (other creations) better than them. We shall certainly not be surpassed
To replace them by others better than them. We are not to be outrun.
We are able to replace them -these infidels- by better people and never are We incompetent
of replacing them with people better than them, and no one can stop Us.
of replacing them with ˹others˺ better than them, and We cannot be prevented ˹from doing so˺.
To replace them with better than them, and We will not be outdone.
to replace them by others better than they: nothing can hinder us from so doing
KHALIFA:to substitute better people in your place; we can never be defeated.
to replace them with better than they; and nothing can prevent Us from doing this.
to replace them with better than they; and nothing can prevent Us from doing this.
On that We replace them with better than them, and none will outstrip Us.
To replace them by others better than they are. For, there is nothing to prevent Us
To bring instead (others) better than them, and We shall not be overcome
To bring in their place others better than they, and WE cannot be frustrated in Our plans
to replace [them] with what is better than them; and none outstrips Us
Substitute them by others better (men) than them; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan)
Of replacing them with others better than them. We are not overtaken.
To replace them with better than they, and We are not to be outdone
To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone
To exchange with better than them, and We are not to be outrun.
Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan)
Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan)
فَذَرۡهُمۡ یَخُوضُوا۟ وَیَلۡعَبُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ یُلَـٰقُوا۟ یَوۡمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِی یُوعَدُونَ ۝٤٢
So leave them to wallow in idle talk, until they come face to face with their promised Day
So, leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they meet their Day which they are promised.
Wherefore let thou them alone plunging in vanity and sporting until they meet their Day which they are promised
So leave them to their vain disputes and amusement till they meet their day (of reckoning) promised them
So, let them amuse themselves (in their worlds) until they meet the promised time!
So leave them to plunge and play around until they meet their Day which they are promised.
So leave them to gossip and play until they encounter their day, which they are promised
So leave them plunging in their falsehoods and amusements until the Day that they have been promised
Therefore, leave them alone to indulge in unimportant conversation and to amuse themselves (in idle pursuits) until they meet that day of theirs that they are warned of
Then leave them alone to plunge and play until they encounter that day of theirs which they are promised
So, leave them to engage in useless/false discussion and play until they meet their day which they are promised.
Be patient with them and you will witness the Day that your Lord has promised
So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play, until they encounter that day of theirs which they have been promised
So letsg them blunder and play until they meet their day which they are promised—
So leave them to plunge in discussion, and to play until they meet that day of theirs which they are threatened with
Therefore leave them, involved in their indecencies and play, till they confront their day which they are promised
So leave them to wade in their idleness and to play till they meet their day which they are promised.
Wherefore suffer them to wade in vain disputes, and to amuse themselves with sport: Until they meet their day with which they have been threatened
Therefore leave them alone to go on with the false discourses and to sport until they come face to face with that Day of theirs with which they are warned
So leave them alone to plunge and play, until they encounter the Day which they are promised
Wherefore let them flounder on and disport them, till they come face to face with their threatened day
So leave them, they will indulge in vain talk and would play and sport until they have met their Day which they have been promised
So let them engage in idle talk and play until they encounter the Day of theirs that they are promised,
Leave them to plunge into frivolous talk and silly frolic until they encounter their day promised to them.
Therefore, leave them to plunge in vain talk and blunder about until they face that Day of theirs which they are being promised
So leave them to engage in vain talk and to amuse themselves until they come face to face with the Day which they are promised
So leave them alone to plunge in vain talk and to sport, until they come face to face with that day of theirs which they are promised -
So leave them involved in idle talk and play, till they meet their day which they are promised.
Leave them then to their vain talk and to their amusements, till they meet with the Day promised to them —
So leave them occupied with their absurd talk and pastime until they meet that Day of theirs which they have been promised
So let them talk in vain and play, until they meet their Day which they are promised

So leave them plunge into/engage in conversation and play/amuse until they meet/find their day/time which they are being promised
Hence, leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised –
So leave them out to wade (Or: be engrossed "in vain talk") and play until they meet the Day of theirs which they are promised
So let them chat and play until they meet their Day which they are promised
(Muhammad), leave them alone to dispute and play until they face the Day with which they have been threatened
So, leave them involved in pastime and play until they encounter their Day, which they are promised
Therefore, leave them alone to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their day which they are promised.
So let them stay engrossed in their idle talks and their games, until they come to face their promised day
Now, therefore, leave them alone to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their day which they are promised.
so let them O Muhammad keep denying the truth and continue to adhere to their own vain course, and be held by their own opinions and drown themselves in the nonsensical until they resolutely face the Day which they have been promised
So leave them pandering to their idle talk and playing games, until they face Judgement Day, which they are promised.
So let them indulge ˹in falsehood˺ and amuse ˹themselves˺ until they face their Day, which they have been threatened with—
So leave them to busy themselves and play until they meet their promised day.
So let them paddle, let them play until they face the day they are promised
Therefore, let them blunder and play, until they meet the day that is awaiting them.
So leave them to blunder and play around, until they meet their Day which they are promised,
So leave them to blunder and play around, until they meet their Day which they are promised,
So forsake them, they discourse and play, until they meet their Day which they are promised.
Let them chat and play until they meet their Day which they are promised

یَوۡمَ یَخۡرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَجۡدَاثِ سِرَاعࣰا كَأَنَّهُمۡ إِلَىٰ نُصُبࣲ یُوفِضُونَ ۝٤٣
the Day they will rush out of their graves as if rallying to a flag
The Day when they will come out of the graves quickly as if they are racing towards a goal
The Day whereon they shall come forth from the sepulchres hastily, as though they were to an altar hurrying
The day when they will come out of their graves in all haste as though rushing to their altars
That day, they will rapidly emerge from their graves (bodies)! As though they are running towards erected idols.
The Day they will emerge swiftly from their graves as if rushing to rally to the flag,
the day when they emerge from the graves, hastening, as if racing toward a target
The Day when they come forth from their graves in haste as if they were hurrying to a goal
The day when they (having risen to life) will come out hastily from their graves as though they were racing to a target (which they must meet)
the day they shall come forth from the tombs hastily, as if they were hurrying unto a waymark
The day when they come out of the graves in a hurry as if they are rushing to an idol.
The Day that they will come out of their grave in such a hurry as though they are in a race to be the first to reach the shrine of their gods
The day when they will suddenly rise from their graves, as if they were rushing to a goal post
the day when they come out of the tombs in a rush, as though they are hurrying towards some statues,
the day when they shall come forth in haste from the graves, as though they flock to a standard
A day when they will come out of the graves in haste, as if rushing towards their goals
The day they will come forth from the graves in hurry as though they are pouring out towards monuments.
the day whereon they shall come forth hastily from their graves, as though they were troops hastening to their standard
The Day on which they shall come forth from their graves in haste, as if they were racing to a goal
the Day when they shall rush from their graves, as if they were hurrying to a raised flag
The day on which they shall flock up out of their graves in haste like men who rally to a standard:
The Day they will come out of the burial sites swiftly, as if they hasten on (and race) to a fixed target
the Day when they will go forth swiftly from their tombs as though they had been hurrying to a goal
On that day, they will proceed from their graves in sudden haste, as if they were rushing to a goalpost.
The Day when they shall rush forward from their graves, as if they were racing towards a goal, with downcast eyes and countenances distorted with shame
the Day on which they will hastily come forth from their graves, as though they were hurrying on to the altars of their deities
The day when they come forth from the graves in haste, as hastening on to a goal
The day they will come out from their graves in haste, as if rushing towards a goal,

A day/time they appear/emerge from the graves quickening/rushing as if they are to monuments/slaughter places running/hurrying

The Day they will quickly come out of the graves, as if racing towards goal posts,
the Day they will come forth from the graves swiftly, as if racing to an idol ˹for a blessing˺,
The day they will rapidly emerge from the graves as if they were racing towards a goal.
the day when they shall rush headlong from their graves
That is the day they come out of the graves in a hurry, as if herded to the (sacrificial) altars.
The Day when they will emerge from the graves rushing as if rallying to a flag,

On a Day when they will exit from the burial sites hastening, as though they were hurrying to an aimed idol.
The Day they shall come forth in haste from their dead states, as if racing toward a goal post
The day on which they shall come forth from their graves in haste, as if they were hastening on to a goal

The Day when they will come out of from their graves in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them)—

The Day when they will emerge from the tombs in a rush, as though they were hurrying towards a target
The Day they will emerge from the graves rapidly as if they were, toward an erected idol, hastening
On the day they will come out swiftly from the graves, as if they were hastening to a standard,
The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),

خَـٰشِعَةً أَبۡصَـٰرُهُمۡ تَرۡهَقُهُمۡ ذِلَّةࣱۚ ذَ ٰلِكَ ٱلۡیَوۡمُ ٱلَّذِی كَانُوا۟ یُوعَدُونَ ۝٤٤
eyes downcast and covered in shame: that is the Day of which they were warned
with their eyes lowered in fear and humility, covering them with disgrace! That is the Day which they are promised!
Downcast shall be their looks; abjectness shall overspread them. Such is the Day which they are promised
Eyes lowered, shame attending. That is the day they have been promised
Their eyes humbled with terror, covered by utter humiliation... This is the time that they have been promised!

Submissive will be their be holdings (i.e., gazes).They will be oppressed by humbleness. That is the Day which they were promised
With eyes aghast, abasement stupefying them: Such is the Day which they are promised
with their eyes cast down and covered by disgrace; the day about which they were promised
with their eyes downcast, enveloped by ignominy. That is the Day, which they were being promised
