The Criterion, The Standard 25:50

وَلَقَدْ walaqad
And verily Prep
صَرَّفْنَٰهُ ṣarrafnāhu
We have distributed it V
بَيْنَهُمْ baynahum
among them Noun
لِيَذَّكَّرُوا۟ liyadhakkarū
that they may remember V
فَأَبَىٰٓ fa-abā
but refuse V
أَكْثَرُ aktharu
most Noun
ٱلنَّاسِ l-nāsi
(of) the people Noun
إِلَّا illā
except Prep
كُفُورًا kufūran
disbelief Noun

Many times We have repeated this to people so that they might take heed, but most persist in their ingratitude

وَلَقَدۡ صَرَّفۡنَـٰهُ بَیۡنَهُمۡ لِیَذَّكَّرُوا۟ فَأَبَىٰۤ أَكۡثَرُ ٱلنَّاسِ إِلَّا كُفُورࣰا ۝٥٠

walaqad ṣarrafnāhu baynahum liyadhakkarū fa-abā aktharu l-nāsi illā kufūra
