فَتَوَلَّىٰ fatawallā
So he turned away V
عَنْهُمْ ʿanhum
from them Prep
وَقَالَ waqāla
and said V
يَٰقَوْمِ yāqawmi
O my people Noun
لَقَدْ laqad
Verily Prep
أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ ablaghtukum
I (have) conveyed to you V
رِسَٰلَٰتِ risālāti
(the) Messages Noun
رَبِّى rabbī
(of) my Lord Noun
وَنَصَحْتُ wanaṣaḥtu
and advised V
لَكُمْ lakum
[to] you Noun
فَكَيْفَ fakayfa
So how could Noun
ءَاسَىٰ āsā
I grieve V
عَلَىٰ ʿalā
for Prep
قَوْمٍ qawmin
a people Noun
كَٰفِرِينَ kāfirīna
(who are) disbelievers Noun

so he turned away from them, saying, ‘My people, I delivered my Lord’s messages to you and gave you sincere advice, so why should I grieve for people who refused to believe?’

فَتَوَلَّىٰ عَنۡهُمۡ وَقَالَ یَـٰقَوۡمِ لَقَدۡ أَبۡلَغۡتُكُمۡ رِسَـٰلَـٰتِ رَبِّی وَنَصَحۡتُ لَكُمۡۖ فَكَیۡفَ ءَاسَىٰ عَلَىٰ قَوۡمࣲ كَـٰفِرِینَ ۝٩٣

fatawallā ʿanhum waqāla yāqawmi laqad ablaghtukum risālāti rabbī wanaṣaḥtu lakum fakayfa āsā ʿalā qawmin kāfirīn
