وَيُذْهِبْ غَيْظَ قُلُوبِهِمْ ۗ وَيَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

wayudh'hib ghayẓa qulūbihim wayatūbu l-lahu ʿalā man yashāu wal-lahu ʿalīmun ḥakīmu

and remove the rage from their hearts. God turns to whoever He will in His mercy; God is all knowing and wise

وَءَاخَرُونَ مُرْجَوْنَ لِأَمْرِ ٱللَّهِ إِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمْ وَإِمَّا يَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

waākharūna mur'jawna li-amri l-lahi immā yuʿadhibuhum wa-immā yatūbu ʿalayhim wal-lahu ʿalīmun ḥakīmu

And there are others who are waiting for God’s decree, either to punish them or to show them mercy. God is all knowing and wise
