كَمۡ تَرَكُوا۟ مِن جَنَّـٰتࣲ وَعُیُونࣲ ٢٥
kam tarakū min jannātin waʿuyūni
Many a garden and spring they left behind
How many gardens and springs did they (Pharaoh’s people) leave behind,
They left - how many! - of gardens and springs
How many gardens and fountains did they leave behind
They left behind many gardens and springs.
How many gardens and fountains they left behind,
How many gardens and springs did they leave behind
How many were the gardens and springs that they left behind
(So they were drowned;) and many a garden and springs they left behind
They left how many gardens and fountains
How many gardens and springs did they leave behind,
What a shame that] they left behind many gardens and springs
