The Pen 68:25

وَغَدَوۡا۟ عَلَىٰ حَرۡدࣲ قَـٰدِرِینَ ۝٢٥
waghadaw ʿalā ḥardin qādirīn

they left early, bent on their purpose
And then they went in the morning with strong intention, thinking that they have powers (to prevent the poor from taking any of the fruits).
And they went out betimes determined in purpose
They left early in the morning bent on this purpose
They set out, assuming they had the power to prevent the poor.
