فَلَاۤ أُقۡسِمُ بِمَا تُبۡصِرُونَ ٣٨
falā uq'simu bimā tub'ṣirūn
So I swear by what you can se
So, surely I swear by whatever you see,
I swear by that which ye see
So, I call to witness what you se
So I swear by what you see,

No indeed! I swear by all that you can see
But nay! I call to witness those (signs) which you see

I (God) swear by whatever you see

So by oath of the things you see
So I do take oath by that which you see.
