When they have completed their appointed term, either keep them honourably, or part with them honourably. Call two just witnesses from your people and establish witness for the sake of God. Anyone who believes in God and the Last Day should heed this: God will find a way out for those who are mindful of Him

فَإِذَا بَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفࣲ وَأَشۡهِدُوا۟ ذَوَیۡ عَدۡلࣲ مِّنكُمۡ وَأَقِیمُوا۟ ٱلشَّهَـٰدَةَ لِلَّهِۚ ذَ ٰلِكُمۡ یُوعَظُ بِهِۦ مَن كَانَ یُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡیَوۡمِ ٱلۡءَاخِرِۚ وَمَن یَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ یَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ مَخۡرَجࣰا ۝٢

fa-idhā balaghna ajalahunna fa-amsikūhunna bimaʿrūfin aw fāriqūhunna bimaʿrūfin wa-ashhidū dhaway ʿadlin minkum wa-aqīmū l-shahādata lillahi dhālikum yūʿaẓu bihi man kāna yu'minu bil-lahi wal-yawmi l-ākhiri waman yattaqi l-laha yajʿal lahu makhraja
