دُحُورࣰاۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابࣱ وَاصِبٌ ٩
duḥūran walahum ʿadhābun wāṣibu
driven away, they will have perpetual torment––
repulsed and they are under a constant punishment.
With a driving fusillade, and theirs shall be a torment perpetual
And kept far away. There is perpetual punishment for them
Rejected... For them is a constant suffering.
repelled with harshness — they will suffer eternal punishment —
to drive them away, and for them there is a constant mortification

They are repulsed. A perpetual punishment awaits them

Fiery discharges forcing them back, that is besides what awaits them of an eternal suffering induced by the lasting torment laid upon the damned
