1 Unity will prevail

وَٱلصَّـٰۤفَّـٰتِ صَفࣰّا ۝١

Bakhtiari Nejad

By those who lined up in rows,

wal-ṣāfāti ṣaffa

فَٱلزَّ ٰجِرَ ٰتِ زَجۡرࣰا ۝٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

and those who drive away (evil or clouds) strongly,

fal-zājirāti zajra

فَٱلتَّـٰلِیَـٰتِ ذِكۡرًا ۝٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

and those reading a reminder,

fal-tāliyāti dhik'ra

إِنَّ إِلَـٰهَكُمۡ لَوَ ٰحِدࣱ ۝٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

that your god is certainly One,

inna ilāhakum lawāḥidu

رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَیۡنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ ٱلۡمَشَـٰرِقِ ۝٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

the Lord of the skies and the earth and whatever between them, and the Lord of the easts.

rabbu l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wamā baynahumā warabbu l-mashāriq

إِنَّا زَیَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَاۤءَ ٱلدُّنۡیَا بِزِینَةٍ ٱلۡكَوَاكِبِ ۝٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, We beautified the sky of the world with beauty of the stars

innā zayyannā l-samāa l-dun'yā bizīnatin l-kawākib

وَحِفۡظࣰا مِّن كُلِّ شَیۡطَـٰنࣲ مَّارِدࣲ ۝٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

and as a guard against every defiant devil.

waḥif'ẓan min kulli shayṭānin māridi

لَّا یَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى ٱلۡمَلَإِ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ وَیُقۡذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبࣲ ۝٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

They cannot listen to the high assembly, for they are pelted from every side,

lā yassammaʿūna ilā l-mala-i l-aʿlā wayuq'dhafūna min kulli jānibi

دُحُورࣰاۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابࣱ وَاصِبٌ ۝٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

chased away, and they will have an everlasting punishment,

duḥūran walahum ʿadhābun wāṣibu

إِلَّا مَنۡ خَطِفَ ٱلۡخَطۡفَةَ فَأَتۡبَعَهُۥ شِهَابࣱ ثَاقِبࣱ ۝١٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

except someone who snatches (and overhears) the snatch (the word), then a piercing shooting flame follows him.

illā man khaṭifa l-khaṭfata fa-atbaʿahu shihābun thāqibu

فَٱسۡتَفۡتِهِمۡ أَهُمۡ أَشَدُّ خَلۡقًا أَم مَّنۡ خَلَقۡنَاۤۚ إِنَّا خَلَقۡنَـٰهُم مِّن طِینࣲ لَّازِبِۭ ۝١١

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, ask their opinion: “Are they a harder creation or those whom We created (such as angels and the universe)?” Indeed, We created them from sticky clay.

fa-is'taftihim ahum ashaddu khalqan am man khalaqnā innā khalaqnāhum min ṭīnin lāzibi

بَلۡ عَجِبۡتَ وَیَسۡخَرُونَ ۝١٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

Rather, you are surprised while they ridicule.

bal ʿajib'ta wayaskharūn

وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ لَا یَذۡكُرُونَ ۝١٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

And when they are reminded, they do not take notice.

wa-idhā dhukkirū lā yadhkurūn

وَإِذَا رَأَوۡا۟ ءَایَةࣰ یَسۡتَسۡخِرُونَ ۝١٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

And when they see a sign they ridicule,

wa-idhā ra-aw āyatan yastaskhirūn

وَقَالُوۤا۟ إِنۡ هَـٰذَاۤ إِلَّا سِحۡرࣱ مُّبِینٌ ۝١٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

and they say: “This is only an obvious magic,

waqālū in hādhā illā siḥ'run mubīnu

أَءِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابࣰا وَعِظَـٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوثُونَ ۝١٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

will we be raised after we are dead and turned into dust and bones,

a-idhā mit'nā wakunnā turāban waʿiẓāman a-innā lamabʿūthūn

أَوَ ءَابَاۤؤُنَا ٱلۡأَوَّلُونَ ۝١٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

or our forefathers?”

awaābāunā l-awalūn

قُلۡ نَعَمۡ وَأَنتُمۡ دَ ٰخِرُونَ ۝١٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

Say: “Yes, and you will be humiliated.”

qul naʿam wa-antum dākhirūn

فَإِنَّمَا هِیَ زَجۡرَةࣱ وَ ٰحِدَةࣱ فَإِذَا هُمۡ یَنظُرُونَ ۝١٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

It is only a single shout, and then they see,

fa-innamā hiya zajratun wāḥidatun fa-idhā hum yanẓurūn

وَقَالُوا۟ یَـٰوَیۡلَنَا هَـٰذَا یَوۡمُ ٱلدِّینِ ۝٢٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

and they say: “Woe to us, this is the Judgment Day.”

waqālū yāwaylanā hādhā yawmu l-dīn

هَـٰذَا یَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ ٱلَّذِی كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ ۝٢١

Bakhtiari Nejad

This is the day of separation/decision, the one that you used to deny.

hādhā yawmu l-faṣli alladhī kuntum bihi tukadhibūn

2 The Judgment

۞ ٱحۡشُرُوا۟ ٱلَّذِینَ ظَلَمُوا۟ وَأَزۡوَ ٰجَهُمۡ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ یَعۡبُدُونَ ۝٢٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

Gather those who did wrong and their kinds and what they used to serve

uḥ'shurū alladhīna ẓalamū wa-azwājahum wamā kānū yaʿbudūn

مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَٱهۡدُوهُمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَ ٰطِ ٱلۡجَحِیمِ ۝٢٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

besides God, and lead them to the path of hellfire.

min dūni l-lahi fa-ih'dūhum ilā ṣirāṭi l-jaḥīm

وَقِفُوهُمۡۖ إِنَّهُم مَّسۡءُولُونَ ۝٢٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

And stop them (on the way), indeed they are questioned (and are responsible).

waqifūhum innahum masūlūn

مَا لَكُمۡ لَا تَنَاصَرُونَ ۝٢٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

What is with you that you do not help each other?

mā lakum lā tanāṣarūn

بَلۡ هُمُ ٱلۡیَوۡمَ مُسۡتَسۡلِمُونَ ۝٢٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

No, but today they are surrendered.

bal humu l-yawma mus'taslimūn

وَأَقۡبَلَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲ یَتَسَاۤءَلُونَ ۝٢٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

And they turn to each other asking one another,

wa-aqbala baʿḍuhum ʿalā baʿḍin yatasāalūn

قَالُوۤا۟ إِنَّكُمۡ كُنتُمۡ تَأۡتُونَنَا عَنِ ٱلۡیَمِینِ ۝٢٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

they say: “Indeed, you were coming to us from the right (to seduce us).”

qālū innakum kuntum tatūnanā ʿani l-yamīn

قَالُوا۟ بَل لَّمۡ تَكُونُوا۟ مُؤۡمِنِینَ ۝٢٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

They (the others) say: “No, but you were not believers,

qālū bal lam takūnū mu'minīn

وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَیۡكُم مِّن سُلۡطَـٰنِۭۖ بَلۡ كُنتُمۡ قَوۡمࣰا طَـٰغِینَ ۝٣٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

and there was no authority for us over you, but you were rebellious people,

wamā kāna lanā ʿalaykum min sul'ṭānin bal kuntum qawman ṭāghīn

فَحَقَّ عَلَیۡنَا قَوۡلُ رَبِّنَاۤۖ إِنَّا لَذَاۤىِٕقُونَ ۝٣١

Bakhtiari Nejad

so, the word of our Lord is justified against us, indeed we will taste (the punishment).

faḥaqqa ʿalaynā qawlu rabbinā innā ladhāiqūn

فَأَغۡوَیۡنَـٰكُمۡ إِنَّا كُنَّا غَـٰوِینَ ۝٣٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, we misled you, as we were indeed misled.”

fa-aghwaynākum innā kunnā ghāwīn

فَإِنَّهُمۡ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ فِی ٱلۡعَذَابِ مُشۡتَرِكُونَ ۝٣٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

And indeed, on that day they are partners in the punishment.

fa-innahum yawma-idhin fī l-ʿadhābi mush'tarikūn

إِنَّا كَذَ ٰلِكَ نَفۡعَلُ بِٱلۡمُجۡرِمِینَ ۝٣٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, that is what We do to the guilty ones.

innā kadhālika nafʿalu bil-muj'rimīn

إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوۤا۟ إِذَا قِیلَ لَهُمۡ لَاۤ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ یَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ ۝٣٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, when it was said to them there is no god except God, they were arrogant (and did not accept).

innahum kānū idhā qīla lahum lā ilāha illā l-lahu yastakbirūn

وَیَقُولُونَ أَىِٕنَّا لَتَارِكُوۤا۟ ءَالِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرࣲ مَّجۡنُونِۭ ۝٣٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

And they would say: “Should we give up our gods for a mad poet?”

wayaqūlūna a-innā latārikū ālihatinā lishāʿirin majnūni

بَلۡ جَاۤءَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَصَدَّقَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ ۝٣٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

No, but he brought the truth and confirmed the messengers (before him).

bal jāa bil-ḥaqi waṣaddaqa l-mur'salīn

إِنَّكُمۡ لَذَاۤىِٕقُوا۟ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡأَلِیمِ ۝٣٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, you will taste the painful punishment.

innakum ladhāiqū l-ʿadhābi l-alīm

وَمَا تُجۡزَوۡنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ ۝٣٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

And you are only punished for what you used to do.

wamā tuj'zawna illā mā kuntum taʿmalūn

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِینَ ۝٤٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

Except for God's devoted servants.

illā ʿibāda l-lahi l-mukh'laṣīn

أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ لَهُمۡ رِزۡقࣱ مَّعۡلُومࣱ ۝٤١

Bakhtiari Nejad

They have a known provision,

ulāika lahum riz'qun maʿlūmu

فَوَ ٰكِهُ وَهُم مُّكۡرَمُونَ ۝٤٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

(all kinds of) fruits, and they are honored

fawākihu wahum muk'ramūn

فِی جَنَّـٰتِ ٱلنَّعِیمِ ۝٤٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

in the gardens of delight,

fī jannāti l-naʿīm

عَلَىٰ سُرُرࣲ مُّتَقَـٰبِلِینَ ۝٤٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

on sofas facing each other.

yuṭāfu ʿalayhim bikasin min maʿīni

یُطَافُ عَلَیۡهِم بِكَأۡسࣲ مِّن مَّعِینِۭ ۝٤٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

A cup of spring water is circulated among them,

Yutafu AAalayhim bika/sin min maAAeenin

بَیۡضَاۤءَ لَذَّةࣲ لِّلشَّـٰرِبِینَ ۝٤٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

white and delicious for the drinkers,

bayḍāa ladhatin lilshāribīn

لَا فِیهَا غَوۡلࣱ وَلَا هُمۡ عَنۡهَا یُنزَفُونَ ۝٤٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

no sickness in it, and they do not get exhausted (and drunk) from it.

lā fīhā ghawlun walā hum ʿanhā yunzafūn

وَعِندَهُمۡ قَـٰصِرَ ٰتُ ٱلطَّرۡفِ عِینࣱ ۝٤٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

And with them will be girls with restrained glances and beautiful eyes,

waʿindahum qāṣirātu l-ṭarfi ʿīnu

كَأَنَّهُنَّ بَیۡضࣱ مَّكۡنُونࣱ ۝٤٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

as if they were protected eggs (or pearls).

ka-annahunna bayḍun maknūnu

فَأَقۡبَلَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲ یَتَسَاۤءَلُونَ ۝٥٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

And they turn to each other asking one another.

fa-aqbala baʿḍuhum ʿalā baʿḍin yatasāalūn

قَالَ قَاۤىِٕلࣱ مِّنۡهُمۡ إِنِّی كَانَ لِی قَرِینࣱ ۝٥١

Bakhtiari Nejad

A talker among them says: “Indeed, I had a close friend”

qāla qāilun min'hum innī kāna lī qarīnu

یَقُولُ أَءِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُصَدِّقِینَ ۝٥٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

saying: “Are you among those confirming (the Resurrection and the Judgment)?

yaqūlu a-innaka lamina l-muṣadiqīn

أَءِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابࣰا وَعِظَـٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَدِینُونَ ۝٥٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

Would we indeed be judged when we die and become dust and bones?”

a-idhā mit'nā wakunnā turāban waʿiẓāman a-innā lamadīnūn

قَالَ هَلۡ أَنتُم مُّطَّلِعُونَ ۝٥٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

He says: “Do you know (where he is)?”

qāla hal antum muṭṭaliʿūn

فَٱطَّلَعَ فَرَءَاهُ فِی سَوَاۤءِ ٱلۡجَحِیمِ ۝٥٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

Then he looks and sees him in the middle of hellfire.

fa-iṭṭalaʿa faraāhu fī sawāi l-jaḥīm

قَالَ تَٱللَّهِ إِن كِدتَّ لَتُرۡدِینِ ۝٥٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

He says: “By God, you almost ruined me,

qāla tal-lahi in kidtta latur'dīn

وَلَوۡلَا نِعۡمَةُ رَبِّی لَكُنتُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُحۡضَرِینَ ۝٥٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

and if it was not for my Lord’s favor, I would have certainly been of those who are brought (to hell).

walawlā niʿ'matu rabbī lakuntu mina l-muḥ'ḍarīn

أَفَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَیِّتِینَ ۝٥٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

Are we not to die (again)

afamā naḥnu bimayyitīn

إِلَّا مَوۡتَتَنَا ٱلۡأُولَىٰ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُعَذَّبِینَ ۝٥٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

except our first death, and we are not punished?

illā mawtatanā l-ūlā wamā naḥnu bimuʿadhabīn

إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَهُوَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِیمُ ۝٦٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, this is the great victory.”

inna hādhā lahuwa l-fawzu l-ʿaẓīm

لِمِثۡلِ هَـٰذَا فَلۡیَعۡمَلِ ٱلۡعَـٰمِلُونَ ۝٦١

Bakhtiari Nejad

For (something) like this, the doers should do (good deeds).

limith'li hādhā falyaʿmali l-ʿāmilūn

أَذَ ٰلِكَ خَیۡرࣱ نُّزُلًا أَمۡ شَجَرَةُ ٱلزَّقُّومِ ۝٦٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

Is this a better reception or the Zaqqum tree?

adhālika khayrun nuzulan am shajaratu l-zaqūm

إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَـٰهَا فِتۡنَةࣰ لِّلظَّـٰلِمِینَ ۝٦٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, We made it a suffering for the wrongdoers.

innā jaʿalnāhā fit'natan lilẓẓālimīn

إِنَّهَا شَجَرَةࣱ تَخۡرُجُ فِیۤ أَصۡلِ ٱلۡجَحِیمِ ۝٦٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

It is a tree that comes out from the bottom of hellfire,

innahā shajaratun takhruju fī aṣli l-jaḥīm

طَلۡعُهَا كَأَنَّهُۥ رُءُوسُ ٱلشَّیَـٰطِینِ ۝٦٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

its bud is like devils’ heads.

ṭalʿuhā ka-annahu ruūsu l-shayāṭīn

فَإِنَّهُمۡ لَءَاكِلُونَ مِنۡهَا فَمَالِءُونَ مِنۡهَا ٱلۡبُطُونَ ۝٦٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

And they certainly eat from it and fill their stomachs from it.

fa-innahum laākilūna min'hā famāliūna min'hā l-buṭūn

ثُمَّ إِنَّ لَهُمۡ عَلَیۡهَا لَشَوۡبࣰا مِّنۡ حَمِیمࣲ ۝٦٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

Then indeed they will have a mixture of boiling water (to drink) over it.

thumma inna lahum ʿalayhā lashawban min ḥamīmi

ثُمَّ إِنَّ مَرۡجِعَهُمۡ لَإِلَى ٱلۡجَحِیمِ ۝٦٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

Then their return will be to the hellfire.

thumma inna marjiʿahum la-ilā l-jaḥīm

إِنَّهُمۡ أَلۡفَوۡا۟ ءَابَاۤءَهُمۡ ضَاۤلِّینَ ۝٦٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, they found their fathers misguided,

innahum alfaw ābāahum ḍāllīn

فَهُمۡ عَلَىٰۤ ءَاثَـٰرِهِمۡ یُهۡرَعُونَ ۝٧٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

and yet they rushed (to follow) in their footsteps.

fahum ʿalā āthārihim yuh'raʿūn

وَلَقَدۡ ضَلَّ قَبۡلَهُمۡ أَكۡثَرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ ۝٧١

Bakhtiari Nejad

And most of the earlier ones have certainly lost (the right path) before them.

walaqad ḍalla qablahum aktharu l-awalīn

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا فِیهِم مُّنذِرِینَ ۝٧٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We have certainly sent warners among them.

walaqad arsalnā fīhim mundhirīn

فَٱنظُرۡ كَیۡفَ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِینَ ۝٧٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, see what the end of those who were warned was,

fa-unẓur kayfa kāna ʿāqibatu l-mundharīn

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِینَ ۝٧٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

except God's devoted servants.

illā ʿibāda l-lahi l-mukh'laṣīn

3 Noah and Abraham

وَلَقَدۡ نَادَىٰنَا نُوحࣱ فَلَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمُجِیبُونَ ۝٧٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

And Noah had certainly called Us, and We are certainly the best of responders.

walaqad nādānā nūḥun falaniʿ'ma l-mujībūn

وَنَجَّیۡنَـٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلۡكَرۡبِ ٱلۡعَظِیمِ ۝٧٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We saved him and his family from the great distress.

wanajjaynāhu wa-ahlahu mina l-karbi l-ʿaẓīm

وَجَعَلۡنَا ذُرِّیَّتَهُۥ هُمُ ٱلۡبَاقِینَ ۝٧٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We made his descendants the survivors.

wajaʿalnā dhurriyyatahu humu l-bāqīn

وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَیۡهِ فِی ٱلۡءَاخِرِینَ ۝٧٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We left for him (a good name) among the later ones.

wataraknā ʿalayhi fī l-ākhirīn

سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَىٰ نُوحࣲ فِی ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ ۝٧٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

Peace (and well-being) upon Noah among humankind.

salāmun ʿalā nūḥin fī l-ʿālamīn

إِنَّا كَذَ ٰلِكَ نَجۡزِی ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ ۝٨٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

That is how We reward the good doers.

innā kadhālika najzī l-muḥ'sinīn

إِنَّهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ ۝٨١

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, he was among Our believing servants.

innahu min ʿibādinā l-mu'minīn

ثُمَّ أَغۡرَقۡنَا ٱلۡءَاخَرِینَ ۝٨٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, We drowned the others.

thumma aghraqnā l-ākharīn

۞ وَإِنَّ مِن شِیعَتِهِۦ لَإِبۡرَ ٰهِیمَ ۝٨٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

And indeed among his followers was Abraham.

wa-inna min shīʿatihi la-ib'rāhīm

إِذۡ جَاۤءَ رَبَّهُۥ بِقَلۡبࣲ سَلِیمٍ ۝٨٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

When he came to his Lord with a sound heart.

idh jāa rabbahu biqalbin salīmi

إِذۡ قَالَ لِأَبِیهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦ مَاذَا تَعۡبُدُونَ ۝٨٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

When he said to his father and his people: “What do you serve?

idh qāla li-abīhi waqawmihi mādhā taʿbudūn

أَىِٕفۡكًا ءَالِهَةࣰ دُونَ ٱللَّهِ تُرِیدُونَ ۝٨٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

Do you want false gods besides God?

a-if'kan ālihatan dūna l-lahi turīdūn

فَمَا ظَنُّكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ ۝٨٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, what do you think about the Lord of humankind?”

famā ẓannukum birabbi l-ʿālamīn

فَنَظَرَ نَظۡرَةࣰ فِی ٱلنُّجُومِ ۝٨٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

Then he looked a glance at the stars.

fanaẓara naẓratan fī l-nujūm

فَقَالَ إِنِّی سَقِیمࣱ ۝٨٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

Then he said: “Indeed I am sick (of your practices).”

faqāla innī saqīmu

فَتَوَلَّوۡا۟ عَنۡهُ مُدۡبِرِینَ ۝٩٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, they turned back from him going away.

fatawallaw ʿanhu mud'birīn

فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰۤ ءَالِهَتِهِمۡ فَقَالَ أَلَا تَأۡكُلُونَ ۝٩١

Bakhtiari Nejad

Then he turned to their gods and said: “Will you not eat?

farāgha ilā ālihatihim faqāla alā takulūn

مَا لَكُمۡ لَا تَنطِقُونَ ۝٩٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

What is with you, why do you not speak?”

mā lakum lā tanṭiqūn

فَرَاغَ عَلَیۡهِمۡ ضَرۡبَۢا بِٱلۡیَمِینِ ۝٩٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

Then he turned on them, striking (them) with the right hand.

farāgha ʿalayhim ḍarban bil-yamīn

فَأَقۡبَلُوۤا۟ إِلَیۡهِ یَزِفُّونَ ۝٩٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, they (his people) came to him in a hurry.

fa-aqbalū ilayhi yaziffūn

قَالَ أَتَعۡبُدُونَ مَا تَنۡحِتُونَ ۝٩٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

He said: “Do you serve what you carve,

qāla ataʿbudūna mā tanḥitūn

وَٱللَّهُ خَلَقَكُمۡ وَمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ ۝٩٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

while God created you and what you do (and make)?”

wal-lahu khalaqakum wamā taʿmalūn

قَالُوا۟ ٱبۡنُوا۟ لَهُۥ بُنۡیَـٰنࣰا فَأَلۡقُوهُ فِی ٱلۡجَحِیمِ ۝٩٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

They said: “Build a structure (a furnace) for him and throw him into the great fire.”

qālū ib'nū lahu bun'yānan fa-alqūhu fī l-jaḥīm

فَأَرَادُوا۟ بِهِۦ كَیۡدࣰا فَجَعَلۡنَـٰهُمُ ٱلۡأَسۡفَلِینَ ۝٩٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

They wanted to plot against him, but We made them the lower ones (failing in their plot).

fa-arādū bihi kaydan fajaʿalnāhumu l-asfalīn

وَقَالَ إِنِّی ذَاهِبٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّی سَیَهۡدِینِ ۝٩٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

And he said: “Indeed I will go to my Lord, He is going to guide me,

waqāla innī dhāhibun ilā rabbī sayahdīn

رَبِّ هَبۡ لِی مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحِینَ ۝١٠٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

my Lord, give me (a son) from the righteous.”

rabbi hab lī mina l-ṣāliḥīn

فَبَشَّرۡنَـٰهُ بِغُلَـٰمٍ حَلِیمࣲ ۝١٠١

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, We gave him the good news of a patient boy.

fabasharnāhu bighulāmin ḥalīmi

فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ ٱلسَّعۡیَ قَالَ یَـٰبُنَیَّ إِنِّیۤ أَرَىٰ فِی ٱلۡمَنَامِ أَنِّیۤ أَذۡبَحُكَ فَٱنظُرۡ مَاذَا تَرَىٰۚ قَالَ یَـٰۤأَبَتِ ٱفۡعَلۡ مَا تُؤۡمَرُۖ سَتَجِدُنِیۤ إِن شَاۤءَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِینَ ۝١٠٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, when he reached the (age of) working with him, he said: “My son, indeed I saw in the dream that I sacrifice you, so see what you think?” He said: “My father, do what you are ordered, God willing you are going to find me of the patient ones.”

falammā balagha maʿahu l-saʿya qāla yābunayya innī arā fī l-manāmi annī adhbaḥuka fa-unẓur mādhā tarā qāla yāabati if'ʿal mā tu'maru satajidunī in shāa l-lahu mina l-ṣābirīn

فَلَمَّاۤ أَسۡلَمَا وَتَلَّهُۥ لِلۡجَبِینِ ۝١٠٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, when they both submitted and he (Abraham) put him down on the forehead,

falammā aslamā watallahu lil'jabīn

وَنَـٰدَیۡنَـٰهُ أَن یَـٰۤإِبۡرَ ٰهِیمُ ۝١٠٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

We called him: “Abraham,

wanādaynāhu an yāib'rāhīm

قَدۡ صَدَّقۡتَ ٱلرُّءۡیَاۤۚ إِنَّا كَذَ ٰلِكَ نَجۡزِی ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ ۝١٠٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

you have fulfilled the vision.” Indeed, that is how We reward the good doers.

qad ṣaddaqta l-ru'yā innā kadhālika najzī l-muḥ'sinīn

إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَهُوَ ٱلۡبَلَـٰۤؤُا۟ ٱلۡمُبِینُ ۝١٠٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, this was the obvious test,

inna hādhā lahuwa l-balāu l-mubīn

وَفَدَیۡنَـٰهُ بِذِبۡحٍ عَظِیمࣲ ۝١٠٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

and We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.

wafadaynāhu bidhib'ḥin ʿaẓīmi

وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَیۡهِ فِی ٱلۡءَاخِرِینَ ۝١٠٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We left for him (a good name) among the later ones.

wataraknā ʿalayhi fī l-ākhirīn

سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَىٰۤ إِبۡرَ ٰهِیمَ ۝١٠٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

Peace (and well-being) on Abraham.

salāmun ʿalā ib'rāhīm

كَذَ ٰلِكَ نَجۡزِی ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ ۝١١٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

That is how We reward the good doers.

kadhālika najzī l-muḥ'sinīn

إِنَّهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ ۝١١١

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, he was among Our believing servants.

innahu min ʿibādinā l-mu'minīn

وَبَشَّرۡنَـٰهُ بِإِسۡحَـٰقَ نَبِیࣰّا مِّنَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحِینَ ۝١١٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We gave him good news of Isaac, a prophet from the righteous.

wabasharnāhu bi-is'ḥāqa nabiyyan mina l-ṣāliḥīn

وَبَـٰرَكۡنَا عَلَیۡهِ وَعَلَىٰۤ إِسۡحَـٰقَۚ وَمِن ذُرِّیَّتِهِمَا مُحۡسِنࣱ وَظَالِمࣱ لِّنَفۡسِهِۦ مُبِینࣱ ۝١١٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We blessed him and Isaac, and from their descendants, (some) are good doers and (some) are obviously wrongdoers to themselves.

wabāraknā ʿalayhi waʿalā is'ḥāqa wamin dhurriyyatihimā muḥ'sinun waẓālimun linafsihi mubīnu

4 Moses, Aaron, Elias and Lot

وَلَقَدۡ مَنَنَّا عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَـٰرُونَ ۝١١٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We have certainly favored upon Moses and Aaron.

walaqad manannā ʿalā mūsā wahārūn

وَنَجَّیۡنَـٰهُمَا وَقَوۡمَهُمَا مِنَ ٱلۡكَرۡبِ ٱلۡعَظِیمِ ۝١١٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We saved them both and their people from the great distress.

wanajjaynāhumā waqawmahumā mina l-karbi l-ʿaẓīm

وَنَصَرۡنَـٰهُمۡ فَكَانُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلۡغَـٰلِبِینَ ۝١١٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We helped them, so they became the winners.

wanaṣarnāhum fakānū humu l-ghālibīn

وَءَاتَیۡنَـٰهُمَا ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَبِینَ ۝١١٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We gave them the clear (and clarifying) book,

waātaynāhumā l-kitāba l-mus'tabīn

وَهَدَیۡنَـٰهُمَا ٱلصِّرَ ٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِیمَ ۝١١٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

and We guided them to the straight path.

wahadaynāhumā l-ṣirāṭa l-mus'taqīm

وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَیۡهِمَا فِی ٱلۡءَاخِرِینَ ۝١١٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We left both of them (a good name) among the later ones.

wataraknā ʿalayhimā fī l-ākhirīn

سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَـٰرُونَ ۝١٢٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

Peace (and well-being) on Moses and Aaron.

salāmun ʿalā mūsā wahārūn

إِنَّا كَذَ ٰلِكَ نَجۡزِی ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ ۝١٢١

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, that is how We reward the good doers.

innā kadhālika najzī l-muḥ'sinīn

إِنَّهُمَا مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ ۝١٢٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, they were both among Our believing servants.

innahumā min ʿibādinā l-mu'minīn

وَإِنَّ إِلۡیَاسَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ ۝١٢٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

And indeed Elias (Elijah) was one of the messengers.

wa-inna il'yāsa lamina l-mur'salīn

إِذۡ قَالَ لِقَوۡمِهِۦۤ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ۝١٢٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

When he said to his people: “Will you not be cautious (of God)?

idh qāla liqawmihi alā tattaqūn

أَتَدۡعُونَ بَعۡلࣰا وَتَذَرُونَ أَحۡسَنَ ٱلۡخَـٰلِقِینَ ۝١٢٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

Do you call on Baal and you abandon the best of creators?

atadʿūna baʿlan watadharūna aḥsana l-khāliqīn

ٱللَّهَ رَبَّكُمۡ وَرَبَّ ءَابَاۤىِٕكُمُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ ۝١٢٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

God is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers.”

al-laha rabbakum warabba ābāikumu l-awalīn

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَإِنَّهُمۡ لَمُحۡضَرُونَ ۝١٢٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, they denied him, therefore they will be brought (to the punishment),

fakadhabūhu fa-innahum lamuḥ'ḍarūn

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِینَ ۝١٢٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

except God's devoted servants.

illā ʿibāda l-lahi l-mukh'laṣīn

وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَیۡهِ فِی ٱلۡءَاخِرِینَ ۝١٢٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We left for him (a good name) among the later ones.

wataraknā ʿalayhi fī l-ākhirīn

سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَىٰۤ إِلۡ یَاسِینَ ۝١٣٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

Peace (and well-being) on El Yasin (Elias).

salāmun ʿalā il yāsīn

إِنَّا كَذَ ٰلِكَ نَجۡزِی ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ ۝١٣١

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, that is how We reward the good doers.

innā kadhālika najzī l-muḥ'sinīn

إِنَّهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ ۝١٣٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

Indeed, he was among Our believing servants.

innahu min ʿibādinā l-mu'minīn

وَإِنَّ لُوطࣰا لَّمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ ۝١٣٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

And indeed, Lot was one of the messengers.

wa-inna lūṭan lamina l-mur'salīn

إِذۡ نَجَّیۡنَـٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥۤ أَجۡمَعِینَ ۝١٣٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

When We saved him and his family altogether.

idh najjaynāhu wa-ahlahu ajmaʿīn

إِلَّا عَجُوزࣰا فِی ٱلۡغَـٰبِرِینَ ۝١٣٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

Except an old woman (his wife who was) among those staying behind.

illā ʿajūzan fī l-ghābirīn

ثُمَّ دَمَّرۡنَا ٱلۡءَاخَرِینَ ۝١٣٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

Then We destroyed the others.

thumma dammarnā l-ākharīn

وَإِنَّكُمۡ لَتَمُرُّونَ عَلَیۡهِم مُّصۡبِحِینَ ۝١٣٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

And indeed, you pass by them in the morning

wa-innakum latamurrūna ʿalayhim muṣ'biḥīn

5 Jonah and the Prophet's Triumph

وَبِٱلَّیۡلِۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ ۝١٣٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

and by the night. Do you not understand?

wabi-al-layli afalā taʿqilūn

وَإِنَّ یُونُسَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ ۝١٣٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

And indeed, Jonah was one of the messengers.

wa-inna yūnusa lamina l-mur'salīn

إِذۡ أَبَقَ إِلَى ٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلۡمَشۡحُونِ ۝١٤٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

When he ran away to the loaded ship.

idh abaqa ilā l-ful'ki l-mashḥūn

فَسَاهَمَ فَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُدۡحَضِینَ ۝١٤١

Bakhtiari Nejad

Then he drew lots and he was of those thrown off (the ship).

fasāhama fakāna mina l-mud'ḥaḍīn

فَٱلۡتَقَمَهُ ٱلۡحُوتُ وَهُوَ مُلِیمࣱ ۝١٤٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, the whale swallowed him, and he was to blame.

fal-taqamahu l-ḥūtu wahuwa mulīmu

فَلَوۡلَاۤ أَنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسَبِّحِینَ ۝١٤٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

And if he was not among those who glorify (God),

falawlā annahu kāna mina l-musabiḥīn

لَلَبِثَ فِی بَطۡنِهِۦۤ إِلَىٰ یَوۡمِ یُبۡعَثُونَ ۝١٤٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

he would have remained in its belly until the day of rising.

lalabitha fī baṭnihi ilā yawmi yub'ʿathūn

۞ فَنَبَذۡنَـٰهُ بِٱلۡعَرَاۤءِ وَهُوَ سَقِیمࣱ ۝١٤٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, We threw him on the bare shore while he was sick.

fanabadhnāhu bil-ʿarāi wahuwa saqīmu

وَأَنۢبَتۡنَا عَلَیۡهِ شَجَرَةࣰ مِّن یَقۡطِینࣲ ۝١٤٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We made a plant of squash grow over him.

wa-anbatnā ʿalayhi shajaratan min yaqṭīni

وَأَرۡسَلۡنَـٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِا۟ئَةِ أَلۡفٍ أَوۡ یَزِیدُونَ ۝١٤٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

And We sent him to a hundred thousand or more (people).

wa-arsalnāhu ilā mi-ati alfin aw yazīdūn

فَءَامَنُوا۟ فَمَتَّعۡنَـٰهُمۡ إِلَىٰ حِینࣲ ۝١٤٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

And they believed, so We let them enjoy for a while.

faāmanū famattaʿnāhum ilā ḥīni

فَٱسۡتَفۡتِهِمۡ أَلِرَبِّكَ ٱلۡبَنَاتُ وَلَهُمُ ٱلۡبَنُونَ ۝١٤٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, ask their opinion: “Are daughters for your Lord, and sons for them?

fa-is'taftihim alirabbika l-banātu walahumu l-banūn

أَمۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةَ إِنَـٰثࣰا وَهُمۡ شَـٰهِدُونَ ۝١٥٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

Or did We create the angels as females, and they were witnesses?”

am khalaqnā l-malāikata ināthan wahum shāhidūn

أَلَاۤ إِنَّهُم مِّنۡ إِفۡكِهِمۡ لَیَقُولُونَ ۝١٥١

Bakhtiari Nejad

No doubt, indeed, as part of their lies they will say:

alā innahum min if'kihim layaqūlūn

وَلَدَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَكَـٰذِبُونَ ۝١٥٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

“God has fathered (children).” And they are certainly liars.

walada l-lahu wa-innahum lakādhibūn

أَصۡطَفَى ٱلۡبَنَاتِ عَلَى ٱلۡبَنِینَ ۝١٥٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

Did He choose daughters over sons?

aṣṭafā l-banāti ʿalā l-banīn

مَا لَكُمۡ كَیۡفَ تَحۡكُمُونَ ۝١٥٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

What is with you? How do you judge?

mā lakum kayfa taḥkumūn

أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ۝١٥٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

Do you not take notice?

afalā tadhakkarūn

أَمۡ لَكُمۡ سُلۡطَـٰنࣱ مُّبِینࣱ ۝١٥٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

Or do you have a clear reason?

am lakum sul'ṭānun mubīnu

فَأۡتُوا۟ بِكِتَـٰبِكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَـٰدِقِینَ ۝١٥٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

Then bring your book (document), if you are truthful.

fatū bikitābikum in kuntum ṣādiqīn

وَجَعَلُوا۟ بَیۡنَهُۥ وَبَیۡنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ نَسَبࣰاۚ وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمَتِ ٱلۡجِنَّةُ إِنَّهُمۡ لَمُحۡضَرُونَ ۝١٥٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

And they have made a relationship between Him and the Jinn, while the Jinn certainly knew that they shall be brought (to judgment),

wajaʿalū baynahu wabayna l-jinati nasaban walaqad ʿalimati l-jinatu innahum lamuḥ'ḍarūn

سُبۡحَـٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا یَصِفُونَ ۝١٥٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

God is flawless about what they describe,

sub'ḥāna l-lahi ʿammā yaṣifūn

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِینَ ۝١٦٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

except God's devoted servants (who are saved from the punishment).

illā ʿibāda l-lahi l-mukh'laṣīn

فَإِنَّكُمۡ وَمَا تَعۡبُدُونَ ۝١٦١

Bakhtiari Nejad

So indeed, you and what you serve,

fa-innakum wamā taʿbudūn

مَاۤ أَنتُمۡ عَلَیۡهِ بِفَـٰتِنِینَ ۝١٦٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

you will not be able to mislead (any of God's devoted servants) against Him,

mā antum ʿalayhi bifātinīn

إِلَّا مَنۡ هُوَ صَالِ ٱلۡجَحِیمِ ۝١٦٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

except someone who enters (and burns in) the hellfire.

illā man huwa ṣāli l-jaḥīm

وَمَا مِنَّاۤ إِلَّا لَهُۥ مَقَامࣱ مَّعۡلُومࣱ ۝١٦٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

And (the angels say:) “No one is from us unless he has a known position,

wamā minnā illā lahu maqāmun maʿlūmu

وَإِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ ٱلصَّاۤفُّونَ ۝١٦٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

and we are certainly those lined up in rows,

wa-innā lanaḥnu l-ṣāfūn

وَإِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُسَبِّحُونَ ۝١٦٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

and we are certainly those who glorify (God).”

wa-innā lanaḥnu l-musabiḥūn

وَإِن كَانُوا۟ لَیَقُولُونَ ۝١٦٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

And they (the disbelievers) certainly used to say:

wa-in kānū layaqūlūn

لَوۡ أَنَّ عِندَنَا ذِكۡرࣰا مِّنَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ ۝١٦٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

“Indeed, if we had a reminder (or a scripture) from the earlier ones with us,

law anna ʿindanā dhik'ran mina l-awalīn

لَكُنَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِینَ ۝١٦٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

we would have certainly been of God's devoted servants.”

lakunnā ʿibāda l-lahi l-mukh'laṣīn

فَكَفَرُوا۟ بِهِۦۖ فَسَوۡفَ یَعۡلَمُونَ ۝١٧٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

And they disbelieved in it (Quran), so they will know.

fakafarū bihi fasawfa yaʿlamūn

وَلَقَدۡ سَبَقَتۡ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ ۝١٧١

Bakhtiari Nejad

And Our word has already gone out to Our servants, the messengers,

walaqad sabaqat kalimatunā liʿibādinā l-mur'salīn

إِنَّهُمۡ لَهُمُ ٱلۡمَنصُورُونَ ۝١٧٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

that they are certainly helped,

innahum lahumu l-manṣūrūn

وَإِنَّ جُندَنَا لَهُمُ ٱلۡغَـٰلِبُونَ ۝١٧٣

Bakhtiari Nejad

and indeed, Our troops are the winners.

wa-inna jundanā lahumu l-ghālibūn

فَتَوَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ حِینࣲ ۝١٧٤

Bakhtiari Nejad

So, turn away from them for a while,

fatawalla ʿanhum ḥattā ḥīni

وَأَبۡصِرۡهُمۡ فَسَوۡفَ یُبۡصِرُونَ ۝١٧٥

Bakhtiari Nejad

and look at them, for they will see.

wa-abṣir'hum fasawfa yub'ṣirūn

أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا یَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ ۝١٧٦

Bakhtiari Nejad

Do they want Our punishment in a hurry?

afabiʿadhābinā yastaʿjilūn

فَإِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمۡ فَسَاۤءَ صَبَاحُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِینَ ۝١٧٧

Bakhtiari Nejad

When it comes down to their courtyard, it is a bad morning for those who were warned.

fa-idhā nazala bisāḥatihim fasāa ṣabāḥu l-mundharīn

وَتَوَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ حِینࣲ ۝١٧٨

Bakhtiari Nejad

And turn away from them for a while,

watawalla ʿanhum ḥattā ḥīni

وَأَبۡصِرۡ فَسَوۡفَ یُبۡصِرُونَ ۝١٧٩

Bakhtiari Nejad

and look, for they will see.

wa-abṣir fasawfa yub'ṣirūn

سُبۡحَـٰنَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ ٱلۡعِزَّةِ عَمَّا یَصِفُونَ ۝١٨٠

Bakhtiari Nejad

Your Lord, the Lord of power (and honor), is flawless about what they describe.

sub'ḥāna rabbika rabbi l-ʿizati ʿammā yaṣifūn

وَسَلَـٰمٌ عَلَى ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ ۝١٨١

Bakhtiari Nejad

And peace (and well-being) upon the messengers.

wasalāmun ʿalā l-mur'salīn

وَٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ ۝١٨٢

Bakhtiari Nejad

And all praise belongs to God, the Lord of humankind.

wal-ḥamdu lillahi rabbi l-ʿālamīn
