وَفَدَیۡنَـٰهُ بِذِبۡحٍ عَظِیمࣲ ١٠٧
wafadaynāhu bidhib'ḥin ʿaẓīmi
We ransomed his son with a momentous sacrifice
We ransomed his son for a great sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a mighty victim
So We ransomed him for a great sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.
We ransomed him with a mighty sacrifice
Then We ransomed him with a great sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a sacrifice tremendous in worth
And a great sacrifice was the ransom with which We redeemed him (- Ismail)
And We ransomed him with a mighty sacrifice
and We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.
Then I asked them to sacrifice an animal
And We ransomed him with a momentous sacrifice
And We redeemed him with a great sacrifice,
And we ransomed him with a mighty victim
And We rescued him in exchange of a great sacrifice. (The sacrifice of Ibrahim and Ismail – peace be upon them – is commemorated every year on 10,11 and 12 Zil Haj)
And We ransomed him with a magnificent sacrifice.
And We ransomed him with a noble victim
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice
So, We ransomed him with a mighty sacrifice
And we ransomed his son with a costly victim
And We interpreted unto him (the contents of the vision, and physically implemented Our Plan) through a Great Sacrifice
And, then, We took ransom for him with a sublime slaughter
We ransomed (the son) with a substantial sacrifice.
We ransomed his son for a great sacrific
And We ransomed him with a mighty sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a great slaughter (sacrifice of a sheep).
And We ransomed him (Abraham) with a great sacrifice,
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a great animal sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a great animal sacrifice.
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.
And We substituted him with a great slaughtered (animal)
And We ransomed him with a tremendous sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a magnificent slain (sacrifice)
Then We ransomed him with a tremendous victim
We ransomed his son with a great sacrific
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice
Thus, We ransomed his son with a great sacrifice.
"Therefore, We offered in exchange (for his son) the great sacrifice (the rite of sacrifice on the day after Hajj)."
So, We ransomed his son with a great sacrifice.
And We redeemed him -the son- with a great sacrifice. the slaughter of an animal -the ram- as an offering to Allah
We saved Ismael in exchange for a slaughtered ram,
And We ransomed his son with a great sacrifice,
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.
We ransomed him with a noble sacrific
We ransomed (Ismail) by substituting an animal sacrifice.
and We ransomed him with a great sacrifice,
and We ransomed him with a great sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice,
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.
We ransomed [Ishmael] with a noble sacrifiee,
We exchanged his life for a Momentous Sacrifice. (Please notice here the absence of the Biblical and the traditional myth of a 'ram' sent from the heavens. Also, note that slaughtering of a sheep or goat, by no means, can be considered a Momentous Sacrifice. (14:37), (37:102)
And We ransomed him with a Feat sacrifice
And WE ransomed him with a mighty sacrifice
Then We ransomed him with a great sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice (with that of a ram)
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.
And We redeemed him with a great sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice
And We ransomed him with a great victim;
And We ransomed him with a momentous sacrifice
